Size down for vein insufficiency/vericose
I am 5'3 245 lb. After three tries I have found that 2X is giving me the squeeze I need in my thighs to relieve and energize a painful vericose vein issue. The 3x I originally ordered were comfortable, cute, and smoothing. The material is like a high quality thick water resistant type legging that reminds you of swimsuit material but thicker. The pocket fits my big Pixel phone so I can take to the gym and on walks. I will keep them instead of sending them back because they look cute with t-shirts and to just wear out. I ordered a size down. These 2x are nearly perfect. They don't roll down when I bend over. They're completely opaque. Even though I have a big belly they don't painfully cut in but they do dig a little. A worthy tradeoff in my opinion because it's nothing compared to the medical compression stockings that split me in half. I ordered a xl today. I'm going to see if they will give an even better squeeze. I'm not going for yoga pants. I am going for a replacement for medical compression. Nothing can completely replace something your doctor has prescribed to you, but if you have issues like I do and can't get the medical ones on, size down 2 or 3 sizes in these leggings and get yourself some relief. Bonus? I went out to eat with friends today and was told it looked like I had lost weight. Because I'm 5'3 the capris go all the way to about 3 inches above my ankle. I do want a note for those that have foot edema that these are not tight enough in the ankle to probably help with that. My swelling starts above the ankle so these are perfect for me. I'm waiting to see what the 1X is like and once I find my perfect fit I will probably order three more pair so that I can wear one every single day like my doc wants me to.

These are perfect for medium compression for varicose veins!
I have huge varicose veins in the lower part of my thighs and my legs and my doctor has been after me to wear compression socks. However, socks make my feet hot, which makes me hot (I live in Florida so it’s already hot here!). Compression socks only come up to your knees anyway, which does not take care of the issues in my thighs. I’m 71 years old, 5 foot tall, 165 pounds. I bought these in a large and they fit perfectly. The compression is not so strong that I couldn’t get them on which is the case with most other compression tights. This will do the trick for me and I’m very glad that I bought them. They do have two convenient pockets on both sides , but since I’ll be wearing them under my jeans, I won’t be utilizing the pocket but it will be a good feature for those who plan on just wearing the tights themselves. These are crop pants, but because I’m so short, they almost come down to my ankles, but they’ll be just short enough to wear under my jeans without being visible. Plus, they are high waisted and the compression holds in some of my belly fat. Big plus for me! The material is lightweight, but good quality and lightweight Great quality in workmanship and material. I will be ordering another pair of these this week. I highly recommend these.

Fabulous Fit, Wanting Wicking
In terms of fit, these tights are everything I am looking for in a compression bottom. I’m a squatty 5’4” and most capris fit me like 7/8s. These, however, hit right in the middle of my calf, which is perfect. They’re a true high-rise and have great compression, which is a must for me. I find that they seem to run a bit small, as I wear a size or two smaller in all other brands of compression tights that I own. But once I sized up I was perfectly pleased with the fit. Easy fix! They are also totally squat- and dimple-proof—even the light gray ones! When I first got these in the right size, I was so happy with the fit and the price that I immediately ordered two more pairs. While I still love the fit, I’m not sure how often I’m going to be wearing them as the weather heats up. That’s because they don’t wick sweat for me. As my workout wears on, I develop a sensation of sliding around in my tights because the sweat is getting trapped between my skin and the tights with nowhere to go. It’s creepy. On the plus side, though, because the sweat isn’t wicking through the fabric the tights don’t show the sweat. So, bonus? If you’re after fit, compression, and affordability then these may be the tights for you! If you’re wearing them for very sweaty endeavors you might not be super happy with them. They’re cute, comfortable, and affordable so I’m not displeased with the purchase, but I’m going to continue my quest to find the perfect compression wicking capris elsewhere. These will come back into my regular workout rotation when the temps decrease again.

Just the right amount of compression
Love these, they fit true to size and they give just the right amount of compression, they don’t squeeze your stomach too tightly, but they do give some good compression to your hips, thighs and calves. A little more expensive than some other others but worth the price. I ended up buying a second pair.

I will be buying more
I love these and will be getting more. Perfect compression level and the pockets are everything. They are on both sides, deep and hold my phone on one side, airpods (in case) and key fob in the other. the material is thick, not flimsy, tight but not constricting and quality fabric.

Pocket seam across inner thigh is GARBAGE
First off, I ordered 2 pairs both with pockets, capri length, in the same size (M). Camo and black. They fit SO differently. Black I LOVE. The fit is great, the compression is perfect. The pocket 👌 is just right without the weird uncomfortable seam at the knee. Unfortunately these must be an old style as I cannot find where to order again. :( Camo: fits a tad bigger. They are a longer capri by about 2". On my 5'2" frame this basically makes them pants or 7/8 leggings. The pocket is GARBAGE on these. It has a seam running from thepocket down across the thigh to the inner knee. This chafes and looks like poo. My lipedema knees hate it and it makes them look larger. I can't ever get the seam placed in a spot that is comfortable and also looks great. 👎👎👎

Couldn't decide what size to order so I ordered 3 sizes!
My size info: 180lbs 5'6 hips 41" waist 35" I was having a hard time figuring out what size to order from other reviews stating these are compression pants order up. So i did. I usually wear an xl in yoga type pants but can fit in large as well. So i ordered these in xxl. I got them and they weren't compressing anything didn't have any of the popping sounds people talked about. So I ordered an xl and a large to try on. I will be keeping all three. They all fit. Attaching photos to show fit and I wrote the size on the mirror. I wear them just barely covering my belly button to suck in the spare tire between my hips and belly button. The white pattern ones do show thru if you are wearing bright undies. I put on some bright striped full coverage underwear to test it. I will definately wear nude colored panties with these in public. The xl made a couple popping noises while pulling them on. The L had several popping noises while pulling them on but they pulled right up no fighting or struggling to pull them on. They all were slightly baggy around calf area but were easy to pull up to a position where they fit snuggly and they didn't bunch up. So far they seem to stay in place but I have only worn a pair once so I will update my review after I have worn them more. The smaller the size the more compression there was without feeling like I was being crushed. These are my first pair of compression pants so cannot say how they compare to other compression pants. They feel comfortable and feel durable. I will update when there is something to update.

Yessssss! Finally!
I’ll start off by admitting that I am a very picky person. I’ve bought and returned countless pairs of exercise leggings. When I found these Compression Z capris on Amazon, I was thrilled. I’m short (barely 5’3”), and 50 yrs old, so my skin isn’t tight like young girls. I also lost a considerable amount of weight, which doesn’t help the loose skin situation. I'm excessively self conscious about wearing leggings, and since I joined a gym last year, I was stressed about looking like a jello jiggler as I worked out. These capris are everything! I’m not embarrassed to wear them. They make me feel confident! They smooth me, suck me in, aren’t paper thin (although you might slightly see cheeks if you’re bending over outside in sunlight), and they STAY UP! The material isn’t super shiny, but not matte either. My gym shirts don’t stick to these pants. Any shirt materials glide nicely over my hips and butt. Yes, this actually matters to me. Told you I was picky! Haha! Even though they are truly compression pants, they’re comfortable. I want to wear them all the time! And bonus ladies, they’re priced fairly. Lulu who?!!! I weigh 135 and ordered size small. A medium would also fit fine, but I like the super compression while still feeling comfortable and able to breath factor. They are high waisted, and come up just above my belly button, and 3/4 of the way down my calf. I carry most of my weight from my hips down. I imagine if I carried more weight around my middle, the waist band might roll down with a size small. Hope all of my probably way too detailed info helps. If you’re exercising, especially if you’re starting later in life, it’s hard but keep going girl! It’s worth it.
