I bought the Sportout Gum Shield for martial arts, and it’s been a great purchase! The instructions are easy to follow, and the custom-mouldable gel fit ensures a perfect, comfortable fit. It works perfectly, providing solid protection during training. The transparent case is a handy bonus, and the quality is excellent for the price. Easy to mould and fits well

This mouth guard is great and moulds really well to my bite. Instructions suggest you can trim sides however was not necessary in my case and it fit like a glove. Just submerge under hot water for half a minute & bite into it to set your bite mark & leave it be. It won't fall out & rubber used is of good quality. Had a few other brands before but they were too bulky for my taste, I much prefer this one. Other than that, it feels comfortable, I can freely speak without guard falling out of my mouth. Usually, I go for top shelve brands but this is just as good if not better. Comes with ventilated box. Great for sparring

Not a good quality product. Too small and too thin. Impossible to mould to get a good fit. Straight in the bin
