I usually only use coconut colon cleanses but decided to give this a try. I love it just as much. I take this along with my Garcinia Cambogia. What I like about this stuff is that it help keep you regular without the urgency to go. After taking it for a few weeks (twice a day) you will start going like clockwork! My husband has IBS and he now swears by this stuff.

My family of four only has one bathroom and I was scared of the potential urgency. I'm very happy to report that I didn't really experience any urgency at all. I also noticed that taking the pill twice daily has made me much more "regular". Bloating has become a thing of the past, which I absolutely LOVE because I suffered from some pretty major bloating at least 3 days a week. This is a great pill. I have been having heart burn,my bowel movements weren't regular and I always felt bloated. Since I have been taking these I don't have any of those problems anymore. The pills are easy to swallow and digest.I took 2 pills a day but with in a few hours depending on your body you will start having bowl movement. For me there was no cramping or upset stomach, like some of the other ones can give you.I have lost a few pounds while taking it by it getting all the toxins out of my system.I DID RECEIVE THIS AT A DISCOUNT PRICE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW.
