This chair was easy to assemble, is very nice looking, very comfortable & surprisingly sturdy. It is a great value for the price. I would purchase it again!

This chair is solid, has a wide seat and works great!We had to communicate with the seller and they went above and beyond to help us figure it out!

I'm not a fan of this chair. It's to hard to swivel. The seat is small on me and I'm only 5'4. I will be upgrading asap.

Product showed up late and arrived broken. Wouldn't be much an issue really, but the misalignment of the holes at the base of the chair makes the assembly virtually impossible. Not sure why this was ever shipped considering a two second inspection would show this base in unusable to the average customer. Disappointed to say the least.

After reading the other reviews I decided to take my chances. It seemed like most issues were minimal and I feel I am competent enough to work through them. The chair came sooner than expected, yay? Nothing was damaged, yay, again. As seen in my first picture, the instructions sent did not match the chair. You will see that the pedal attaches towards the base of the chair but the instructions sent show that it is towards the top. Clearly, the wrong set of instructions. It was easy enough to figure out but after seeing the other reviews, you would think that the company would pay better attention to this by now. Oh, and the little wrench sent with it did not fit like it should. If you want to tighten the bolts without stripping them, use your own crescent wrench.When setting the seat onto the pedestal, it does not "fall into place" as you would expect. I had to sit on it and basically jump in order for it to seed itself onto the pole. Not a big deal, I think it is fine.The chair itself is pretty comfortable and the price was definitely good for what you get.I would recommend this chair to someone who is competent and has basic common sense.

I had to purchase this for my salon. I have a sink that the chair needs to recline to. The recline lever is on the opposite side of the pump bar for height adjustment. Makes it very awkward
