So the whole thing was just not what I expected, and I guess that's my fault for not studying the product enough before buying. I was looking for a rubber mouth guard that had more breathing capabilities than a regular football mouth guard. This thing was too big for my mouth and the exterior part stuck out too much. The part that sticks out of your mouth has a plastic piece built inside of it, so it's not completely rubber. I cut down the rubber on the outside in hopes of making it look a little less ridiculous, but then it just looked like one of those contraptions at the dentist that holds your teeth open - my teeth were very visible which is not ideal, even though it does allow more airflow than my last mouth guard. Overall I ended up throwing away the whole thing since I'd already destroyed it by cutting the exterior off as much as I could. Will just go buy one of those regular mouth guards I guess.

Great product definitely does exactly what it was made for. I have progressively decreased my overall run time of 5-10 seconds daily for the past 2 weeks. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to run 2 consistent miles in 14 minutes since I tore my Achilles heal. Once I healed I would make excuses to avoid running due to not being able to run Next door without being completely out of breath. I received this product and use it every morning and love it. When I run And wear my GO2 I notice myself focusing more on controlling my breathing and focus more on how I am running verses not being able to breath. Only reason I didn’t give product 5 stars is more shallow. I would like a smaller mouth piece that doesn’t cover 25% of my face I ended up cutting some of the extra rubber off to fit my face.

Make sure you want the FOOTBALL one and not the endurance one. I had to return mine because I got the wrong one.HOWEVER, it serves the same purpose and I love my GO2 endurance one. I would use this for football if I still played.

My son says this is the best mouthguard he’s ever had. He has asthma and says he feels better throughout the entire game. As a Mom, I highly recommend this mouthguard.

This is an excellent mouth piece. It took a little getting use to but best purchase. Definitely helps. I recommend purchasing.

Bought for my son as he starts his third season of tackle football. He likes this mouthpiece better than the conventional ones and he’s breathes easier during the game. He'll use the other ones like Battle but prefers this one. Added bonus of this mouthpiece is that you don't have to do the fitting step with the boiling water Good to go right out of the package.

Purchased for a 16 year old defensive end. End user says it allows him to breathe easier than any other mouthpiece he's used in 7 years of playing football.

The product was great. My grandson just wishes I would have it another color. But the product is great
