Easy to follow instructions and very pictures.

My wife bought me this for Christmas, but as someone who has been working on small engines for 35 years, it is a bit on the basic side for my needs.That said, it is very well-written and illustrated. If you are just starting out, or if you want to go beyond the "basics", I would absolutely recommend buying this book.It covers theory, proper maintenance, troubleshooting, most basic and some advanced repairs.Great book.

All in all this is a very good book IF you are working on a small push mower or weed trimmer. It has good clear photos and is well written. The down side is the book doesn't cover riding mowers. Sure there is a lot of common ground between push mowers and riding mowers but there are differences as well. Still an all around good book to have if you have never tore into an engine in order to fix something.

I'm a female who runs a small lawn care service in Pennsylvania. I had limited knowledge on how to repair/fix most of our equipment. I bought this book to help me without using the Internet.I am now able to repair everything in our arsenal and become the first woman, where I live, to work on small engines for others.Highly recommend any books like this. Knowledge is power ❤️

Easy to under stand.

What a great book to learn from

This book is good on pictures but as for for any 'specs' on what what you might be working on or needing. It doesn't have any ! I'm a mechanic. I rely on specifications to make proper repairs and adjustments.

This book is well written, a lot of detailed pictures and set out so you can easy understand them. I bought the book to help me with my collage course for small engine. Highly recommend it.

Have to bear in mind it's in American not English, but really good book

Very informative good quality pictures but only delt with single cylinder engines
