Improvement from the M/O ligature
Great product and for me, it was an improvement from the Vandoren M/O ligature. The sound is less spitty and more clear. The only problem I have is that the strings do not tighten all the way for my Selmer Concept and V12 setup.

Just what I needed
I had no idea I needed this. Tried it on a friend's recommendation. It opened up my sound and offers less resistance. I'll still keep my Rovner for specific situations. But for now, this is a joy to llay.

Good ligature
Works well, and looks nice. It is tightened with two sliding string windings. I feel that it holds the reed securely. There are no "interchangeable pressure plates". It would not make sense with this and it must be a labeling mistake.

it’s good
nice ligature. the mouthpiece cap is WAY too big however. i dunno if the wrong cap was packaged with the lig but this cap actually fits on my alto V16 jazz piece, despite being make for soprano pieces.

Consistent, elegant, great tone quality
This is an unusual ligature, but whatever you might think, it provides even contact of your reed against the mouthpiece, is extremely simple to place and remove, doesn't require adjusting screws or fussing. Once you've got it snugged into place and your reed positioned, you just play and it gives you solid, clear tone every time. I use these on my soprano, alto and tenor. By the way, the Klassik that's made for alto fits for tenor mouthpieces too.

One size fit two for sure and maybe on more.
Like:Adjustment: no screws, you can adjust the reed on the fly,It has very little or no movementWeight: Super light; takes up no room in the caseSize: This fit both Soprano and Alto and I am also sure it can fit a Tenor; Bonus!Dislike:Cost: Does not pass the grain of salt calculationHide: Can be easily lostView: End ties can block view for sight readingNo reason to talk "will my horn sound different" No!Its just cosmetics.. you can use a shoe string as a ligature and it all will sound the same. This is something I would not recommend for a beginner as this should not be the focus.

Good job Vandoren!
I purchased this lig on a chance for my soprano. It is a fantastic ligature. It goes on easy, allows the reed to properly vibrate and allows very rapid changes of tricky intervals. Good job Vandoren on this one!Big Dave Wilson

Excited to find this available
I am thrilled with this woven ligature, not only has it supported the sound I want, but a surprise bonus is that it is a really beautiful object.
