For Running, cycling, painting, wood work finishing this is the best!!
I live in Michigan and run 5 days a week early in the morning before sun up...The trail that I run is in the woods and littered with tree roots and stumps. It requires my full attention when I run through a certain stretch without falling....not now. With this head lamp the visibility is incredible. As far as the weight of the lamp, once you adjust it properly to your head size you don't notice it at all. The red auxillary light in the back of the unit is wonderful. So I figured just for running and cycling that would be the full use of the Lamp. My wife used it over the weekend for painting and raved about it. I do wood working on large slabs of natural wood that are a really challenge to finish due to all the inconsistencies in the wood itself. With the head lamp its remarkable the finish I get because I can see everything. I'm ordering a second one as a back up, This is definitely a tool I can't be without.

Big bang for your $
One of the best investments in a light I've made. I use this for installing car stereo equipment, tight spots under the hood that need light, dark places at night, etc. It works for all of them! It doesn't cast a long beam but for under thirty feet it works great. Good, wide beam focuses down to a much narrower beam and plenty of light. The headband is comfortable once adjusted to fit your head. I forget I have it on. The charger works great and the double 18650 Lithium Ion batteries keep this light running for quite a while. My only complaint is that it gets warm after a while but it has never gotten so warm that I had to take it off. I was very skeptical for the (under $25) price but I can truthfully say this is highly recommended!

Very comfortable and extremely bright for being such a small light
Head lamp is outstanding. This is ready to use right out of the box and is very is to adjust size whether using a hat or directly on your head. Very comfortable and extremely bright for being such a small light. I love the adjustability of the lens to be able to focus the light on a particular object or to expand it to cover more area. I look forward to using this for fishing at night as well as camping and other outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great headlamp. One of the best parts is it is rechargeable and unlike most will not cost you big bucks replacing the batteries after every outing.

Nice and bright light
Nice and bright light. The main drawback is the charger port has its own unique connector plug (versus, say, a USB mini or micro plug). Cable is supplied, but I've already misplaced it once. Another concern I have is the way the power box cover is very tenuous, potentially subject to water infiltration.

The super duper headlamp.
Very prompt shipping time, and in good condition. It has great features. My husband uses it a lot both outdoors and indoors. I bought more to give as Christmas gifts. A great value.

like this light alot. great for mechanic work at nite. low setting good at nite, high good for day under car or hood. beam nice and wide enough up close.
