Palm West Leather Minimalist Leather Money Clip Wallet with RFID Blocking Technology, Dark Cherry

I bought this about a month ago for the same reason most did, to get rid of my bulky back pocket wallet. It appears to be very well made, but when you first get it, it is very stiff and difficult to get cards in and out. However, with a little work it breaks in just fine. It's almost like that great baseball glove you got when you were a kid that you had to break in. I put more cards in each side every night for the first week, and as I type this I have a total of 8 cards,4 on each side that I can get in and out easily, and it's holding 13 bills without a problem. Very comfortable in my front pocket and it does exactly what I want. I look forward to having it for a long time.

Did a lot of research since this was the first wallet I bought in a while. Almost too much. Was stalled in analysis ... pulled the trigger here. Very happy, great leather, clip is great for cash. Slim. Great find, top notch look and feel.Do it. This is the one.

Very nice, I believe I've been using it for about two years now… It has shown no signs of wear, and broken in quite nicely. The letter is a bit stiff… But I feel like that helps it hold up in the end. It will not hold too terribly mini credit cards though… I think about four or five if it's tight on each side… Now when you consider your drivers license, work ID, two or three credit cards, Sam's Club membership card, the list goes on. I was surprised at how many cards are generally carry… The lever that holds down the cash… It is not secured in there very well, and can rotate inside the weather when it's open. That was a little bit disconcerting, but it hasn't fallen out yet; so I suppose it's not so bad.

I purchased this money clip wallet for a trip out of the country. I was most interested in the RIF protection. The wallet holds a minimum number of credit cards having two sleeves for cards. The cards I needed to carry fit, but were very tight and difficult to remove. The money clip has a moveable clip which can be handy, but also can move if you place too many bills in the wallet. The leather grain is very good looking and well made. It works well for those who carry a limited number of credit cards and identification cards.

Perfect size wallet for my needs. Initially the cards are very tight on the sides, but the leather does loosen up. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've had numerous money clips and wallets and this one, in my opinion, is the best for me. High quality leather and functional design makes it a winner.

I purchased this as an anniversary gift. The leather of the wallet I received was scratched in several places. It literally looks like it has been used for months. It feels a lot cheaper than I expected for this price. I am embarrassed to give this to my boyfriend. I am glad I got a couple of other items for him as well. This is a very disappointing product.

I really wanted to like this wallet, but I've slowly realized the design is just not for me. I should start off by saying it looks great and feels very solid. If the look of your wallet is paramount, and you want minimal, this may be perfect for you.I agree with the others who note that this wallet is exceptionally small, even when that's what you're looking for, it feels like this wallet could hold just a little more. And it's a hassle to get cards out of it. Maybe this is just a matter of breaking it in, but I also worry cards will eventually slide out on their own as things loosen up. I've already had this happen if there is only 1 or 2 cards in a sleeve. So this wallet requires you keep a specific number of cards in each sleeve to keep them secure, beyond which it becomes a pain to remove a card at all. 3-4 cards to a sleeve seems to be the sweet spot.But easily the most annoying thing about this wallet is the central bill clip. I'll admit I didn't have any personal experience with this design, but after using this wallet for a month or two, it's honestly just painful to use. Any time you're paying with cash, you have to expose your money much more openly than with a traditional wallet. For one, I don't like broadcasting how much cash I have on my person. Further, I worry one of these days I'll drop one or more bills while manipulating them in my hand. It's worth noting that I work in a city and get lunch from a food truck couple times a month. This means paying for things out on a busy, often windy street.You can usually be a little discrete when pulling bills out, but putting change back in? Forget it. I like keeping my cash organized by value, so any time I get change I usually have to pull all the money out to put new bills back in (exception being $1 bills that I keep on top, but even this is more difficult than a traditional wallet). In practice, I usually don't even deal with change in the moment I get it. Today I got a single $5 back as change form a food truck, but it just wasn't worth handling all my money out on the open street to add it back into my wallet. Instead it goes loose into my pocket and I'll deal with it later. Completely inconvenient.Maybe some feel this is a non-issue, or have grown accustom to it. If you literally never bring cash anywhere, as noted by some of the other reviews, then you can safely ignore this shortcoming although I would probably look for a wallet that doesn't even have a bill clip. And maybe I'm missing some trick or maneuver for using this wallet quickly and efficiently (truly, I went looking for videos illustrating how the money clip is properly used). Whatever the case, pretty sure I'm switching back to a wallet with a middle pocket that's super easy to slide new bills in wherever you want and that gives a sense of privacy.

This wallet is great, I've had it for a few weeks now and it's starting to loosen up a bit, I Love the money clip and how it holds 12 cards. It fits real nice in my front pocket. I would definitely recommend this product.

Leather is too thick and heavy.
