today ( 2/19/2020 ) is my second day taking this and so far I feel great. I have a low ejection fraction and congestive heart failure and fatigue is my constant companion. I usually feel lethargic most of the time, but this makes a whole lotta difference. I feel physically and mentally great. No more mental fog.I usually train with weights and know the importance of Arginine, its usually an ingredient in preworkout, but I only take it on days I go to the gym ( 3 days )..but taking it everyday makes a huge difference in my sense of well being.I wish it wasn't so expensive but I intend to continue taking this. I hope it also unclogs some blockages I have and won't have to do surgery.
