Bumper too Low WASTE!
Total Fail!First, in the u shaped cradle of a shampoo bowl - this rubber is way too thin to add any seal between the rubber and a clients neck. ALSO and just as important, the rubber is so thin it offers no padding comfort to a client.Second, and this is why we bought this product in the first place, the suction part is way too low in the bowl for a clients noggin to rest comfortably on this pad. And THIS DOES NOT SUCTION to the shampoo bowl as stated in their advertisement.It would be unsanitary to return a used salon item so Iām out the money to return this product , plus the money to find a headrest thatās works.

The headrest is pointless, it's not even long enough to fit to the bottom of the sink so your client can rest their head
