30 SECONDS Mold & Mildew Cleaner & Stain Remover Concentrate | 1 Gallon

We love this product. We used it on our house vinyl siding with great results. The other day my wife decided to try it on our 2001 RV trailer. The results were spectacular. The Outdoor Cleaner was applied using a hose attached application jug. The cleaner is sprayed on and allowed to soak for a few minutes. From there a jet stream from a regular hose spray head is used to rinse. The dirt and grime literally flush off. We did use a separate pressure bottle spray wand with diluted product and a soft bristle brush on some areas. The A/C cover got that spray wand attention. One of the most impressive things for me was how well the A/C and other plastic covers cleaned up. I have tried to clean the A/C cover on different occasions. I was never really able to get it clean. The 30 second product has it looking like new. When cleaning the roof I learned that the garden hose jet spray was a necessary part of the cleaner working. The EDPM membrane had black dots all over. The same black was on the A/C cover. It is likely tree sap or tree related. After letting the cleaner soak for a while I learned that the water rinse jet would lift the black dots. Prior use of the garden hose jet spray alone didn't touch the black dots. Brushing after applying the 30 second cleaner helped, but the water jet worked best. In the picture you can see that all black dots were not removed. I cleaned for a while until I began to feel guilty about how much water I was using. The A/C cover did take a couple applications of 30 second to get clean. The trailer looks the best that it has since we bought it used.

Excellent cleaner, works very fast, on a deck that hadn’t been cleaned in many, many years. In fact I came right back in less than two weeks to purchase another 3 or 4 gallons but even though they are claiming a discount off right now of 8 or 11%, the price per gallon has actually gone up $4.70 per gallon since I purchased a few weeks ago. The stuff is wonderful but not when the price goes up basically 50% per gallon versus what I paid a few weeks ago. I guess I’ll pick up something in town. Update-It pays to shop around 👍 I bought another 5 gallons at Home Depot for less than $9 plus I got a $5 discount for signing up for their sales and another close to 20% off of this purchase when I applied for a new card and got a huge discount on a new washer and dryer. Kinda glad that I got aggravated with the constant price increase on Amazon which forced me to step out of my comfort zone or rut and start shopping at other stores.

this stuff works at removing mold/algae. I moved into a townhouse and over the summer I saw the patio getting darker. Part of my patio does not get any sunlight so the stuff was happily growing, which alarmed me. I was going to get a power washer but thought I'd try this first. I mixed a 1 to 1 ratio with water, per the directions and put it in a spray bottle. Not the best idea as the area is windy here in November. I checked the area about 7 minutes later and there was little to no change. I abandoned the spray bottle and just poured the solution on the ground. I waited an hour and clearly the product worked. I rinsed the patio. It was easy to use, if there was a smell it didn't bother me and while I would recommend it, my concern is the harmful effects it may have on plants. I have grass at the end of my patio so I will see how they do.

Works well. Dont get it on your cloths as it will remove the color

For those who do not wish to damage their decks by using power washers, this 30-seconds mold and mildew cleaner does a great job. It did a very good job cleaning my deck which had lots of patches of mildew. All I needed to do was to dilute it with an equal part of water, spray the mixture on the deck, wait a little while, scrub with a stiff deck brush and voila, a nice clean deck. I tried other products before, such as Behr Premium and Olympic Deck Cleaner, and this gave me the best results. I recommend this 30 SECONDS Mold and Mildew Cleaner & Stain Remover Concentrate as a go to solution for those prefer not to use power washers.

I love this stuff. My siding looks new. I wonder if I can use this to remove moss on my shingles.

Might work okay on some things, but not on a concrete deck floor. I had leaf stain residue from leaves laying on the deck over winte. It had little effect on cleaning up. I went back to using bleech and the deck cleaned up okay.

I follow all the instruction, but the results nothing. I don’t recommend it

築20年のモルタル二階建て５年目に外壁の補修塗装をしたが黒ずみや緑の藻などの付着が目立ち購入。かなりザラザラした壁面。説明書には散水器などで施工とあったが結果一番良かった方法は塗装用ローラー大・小で施工する方法でした。４メートルまで伸縮する塗装用ポール（3000円位）を使えば2階の壁面まで何とか届きました。余分な液の飛び散りもなく経済的かもしれません。使用料は７リットル施工後直ぐ漂白効果が表れるので良いです。施工後は高圧洗浄機で液を洗い流しました。

- When first introduced years back was much stronger & effective HOWEVER, it is still a great product saving time & effort when cleaning stubborn stains etc. MY TIP FOR EASIER USE : Place some in a small spray bottle to better spray it right on the area needing special strong cleaning. Angela

The product is great but Amazon listed incorrect bottle says its concentrated.....its not, the sent just the regular stuff and at $80 some odd dollars I can get the same size at other stores for half the price
