My daughter LOVES this book! If you have a baby or younger toddler absolutely get it.
My daughter loves this book, and it’s sister book pat the bunny, like nothing else in this world. She is 13 months old now and she is obsessed with this book and has been ever since she was old enough for books to keep her interest. I think this book is responsible for her blooming love of other books now. Because when she was too small for words and pictures to keep her interest for long.... this book would keep her enthralled. All the different tactile sensory pages keep her attention because it’s something that she is experiencing and getting to be a part of. It’s like toys meet books. I actually just bought this as a replacement. As all parents know children at that age are not always gentle. So page by page the first copy was demolished. So this is for round 2. Hands down I recommend these books to any parents with young babies. They’re amazing. My daughter used to ask me to read this 50 times a day. Now she still wants me to read this multiple times a day, but she has started to mix it up and love other books too.

My little one loves it
Okay, *I* may think it's boring and *you* may think it's boring, but my child ... loves this little book. It is frequently the one he chooses to have read to him, perhaps because each page is interactive. One, of course, must pat the cat. Then you can extract money from the ATM and later put it into daddy's wallet. You can imitate mommy making a list, scratch and sniff the gingersnaps, help Neddy and Martha see-saw and play peek-a-boo, and squeeze the little bear before going to bed.It is a fun, quiet little book that your child will enjoy. And you will too -- not because it's exciting, but because the time you and your child spend looking through it will be happy and peaceful.

Love these books
Both of my kids loved the Pat the Bunny, Pat the Cat and Bunny's Bathtime series. The interactive books are creative and interesting and sized just right for little hands and little minds. They especially love taking the money out of the ATM and putting it back into the wallet. Pat the Cat held up pretty well for having gone through two kids. The pencil has since ripped and the flowers smell like a cheap bathroom air freshener. Other than that, fun book for little ones.

Great! Not as good as Pat the Bunny though
First off, I have to say this product came in flawless condition. There were no tears, creases, or destroyed binding. I was very pleased with this as the books in this series are pretty delicate. I never allow my 16 month old to run around and play with these books like he does board books because he’s very hard on them (he’s already destroyed 2 board books). He’s just now showing an interest in wanting me to read to him before bed, so I’m trying to teach him that we are gentle with books and that they aren’t for standing on or throwing. The struggle is real, my friends. Anyway, his absolute must read book each night is Pat the Bunny. So I ordered him Pat the Puppy hoping he’d love it just as much. And honestly, he does! He’s a very hands on kind of kid and loves doing the different activities. My only complaint is that there are some activities in the book you really have to watch your youngster with. There’s one where you pull a tab to make a frog jump and another where you pull a tab to rock a rocking chair. This has proved difficult for my son as he just wants to take the frog and chair off the page. So I guess it’s a learning opportunity for him to be gentle, but I also wish they had different activities like putting their finger through something like they had in Pat the Bunny. Pat the Puppy is a great book, but I’d say you definitely need to supervise your child if you don’t want them to destroy a $10 book.

Develop a love for reading!
One of our favorites! My two year old loves this book!!! He is not one to sit still through an entire book, but this one is fun, engaging and interactive and holds his attention. They can make the frog hop, undo grandmas shoes and more! Great book for helping develop a love for reading!

Needs quality check after binding, scratch and sniff has no scent
This is a good idea for a children’s sensory book. There is a puppy that feels soft and fluffy, a frog that hops, shiny and smooth sunglasses, a scratch and sniff brownie, a rocking chair, a tv screen that changes images when you spin the wheel, Velcro sneakers, and a dog wagging his tail.I deducted one star because no matter how hard you scratch or how deep you sniff, that chocolate brownie doesn’t smell like anything.I deducted another star because some of the pages had random perforations due to a binding error. And the rocking chair has fallen apart.Other than that, my boys enjoy the book. (I have a 1 year old and 2.5 year old.)

Achat décevant
Ce livre n'est pas adapté aux tous petits. il y a des parties qui se déchires facilement. Ma fille de 21 mois qui adore pat the bunny depuis toute petite n'a pas accroché à Pat the cat.

Really cute book
My daughters love this book. The only thing is, it's very delicate. I have to hide it from my 18 month old or it gets ripped. The pages are spiral bound and easily ripped out of the book. Also, some of the things you can do on each page can be ripped. It's great for my 4 year old, she absolutely loves it. I would recommend it for 3 years and up.

Kommt nicht an Pat the Bunny heran!
Nett gemacht, aber für deutlich ältere Kinder als Pat the Bunny. Würde ich ab 2 Jahren empfehlen, sonst werden die Teile nur rausgerissen.

Flimsy materials
I've been reading Pat the Bunny to my daughter for months. She loves to touch and feel every page. The second time I read her Pat the Puppy, she grabbed the leaping frog and tore it off in a couple of seconds. What's the point of making an interactive book for toddlers if the materials are so flimsy they can be torn off with almost no effort? Waste of money. Shame because otherwise it's a cute book with a cute story.
