Mitigating joint discomfort lifting heavy after 50
If you occasionally feel like working out mid life is a bit like working on your first car as a kid, while you were working on changing the front brake pads, the side view mirror fell off, this oil might be for you.As I progressively overloaded on some exercises, my left shoulder and left elbow started to complain. For whatever mobility reasons, my left shoulder hates back squats. My left elbow hates bent over barbell rows. I apply this oil liberally about 30 minutes before my workout, so much so that it slowly builds to a stinging sensation, and then settles into a soothing heat. It has made a world of difference for me, especially for my left shoulder. Now it's in my Subscribe & Save setup. Two caveats: 1, I've had it stain gym clothing, but I found soaking with Dawn dish soap easily removes it where my laundry detergent would not. 2, be very careful about getting this oil on any sensitive bits. When I apply it liberally to my shoulders, it occasionally gets close enough to my armpits to really sting. I don't think it's going to knock you out, but it does take some grit to get past the peak sting as the oil works its way into the soft tissue. As an aside, this was recommended to me by a trainer I hired for several months when I got serious about powerlifting. He is an US Army Reservist, amateur MMA fighter, and now a US Marshall who likely knows a thing or two about pain management (thanks again Nick).

This stuff works great for sore muscles or stiff joints.
The smell is strong but so is the ointment’s effects. Good stuff.

Buy this!!!!
I bought this bottle and stuck it on my shelf and forgot about it. I was having side muscle pains all night from training the other day and I remembered I bought this. I figured I would try it out because I had nothing better to do. I put a small bit on my skin and rubbed it in. Within minutes I felt a cool sensation and a menthol type smell. About 20 minutes later I had no pain. I had literally been cruelled up in a ball all night over this pain and it was gone 20 minutes after I put this stuff on.I decided to look up what I just put on my body. It turns out that the main active ingredient is methyl salicylate the active ingredient in the drug asprin. Let me warn you one teaspoon of 100% pure methyl salicylate has 7000mg of salicylate, the equivalent of 22 adult asprins. This product is only 31 percent solute so roughly 1/3 of the total. Using one teaspoon of this product is about 7 asprins. The good part is you rub it directly only the painful area instead of ingesting it. I definitely recommend this product however, use sparingly and keep it away from small children. Do not every drink it! This is very powerful stuff you have been warned.

Helps My Knees
I put this on about 25-30 minutes before my workout and it's game changing. I'm able to throw my kicks with more confidence and a lot less tightness in my knees.

The Mercedes-Benz of Muscle Oils/Creams
This is by far the most fast acting and effective muscle oil/cream I've ever used. It does not leave an oily residue, it works fast and effectively. I have tried many muscle creams from BENGAY Extra Strength to Tiger Balm to Amish Cream, and this is the best I have ever used. I highly recommend it.

Great Product, use it for my back aches and other issues
Used this when I was in Muay Thai all the time, few years later and time hasn't been kind to me and my body, so I come around to buying this again, this is able to alleviate most of my aches and smells great, would recommend.

This is the real deal. I put this one just when I step out the shower and it's like my whole body just got slapped by a hot chili pepper. It's HOT! But man it warms up well and it loosens up my muscles well. I put these on my calf and shoulders before training Jiu-Jitsu and it helps me stretch them out well. I slap them on again after training and let it soak in on the way home. When I step out the shower, I'll apply it again and sleep it off. When I wake up the next day, no pain whatever. Really happy I took the advice of fellow training partners and bought myself a bottle. I've used one bottle for the last few months and I train about 4 times a week and I still have more than half!
