Highly Recommend
I am my mother's caregiver 24/7. She is incontinent and has dementia. I use these over her diaper and it has saved me so much. Mainly it saves my sanity. This "Cover pant", has prevented leakage in clothing and bedding, and upholstery, which saves me time, energy and money in having to do all that extra cleaning.I bought 5 pair. My mother is a medium size, but I bought large to accommodate the diaper and they work well. I wash them in the washing machine, but I line dry them so that they aren't damaged in the dryer. I've had them well over a month and have washed them many times. They don't retain any odor. As soon as I remove a soiled one, I soak it in a bin with water and a liquid deodorizer/ disinfectant. When I'm ready, I toss them in the wash and line dry afterwards. They have maintained their shape and their protection level.

No more sweatpants!!!
I am so happy that I ordered these pull on nylon pants. They are just what the description says and I do not sweat in these pants. These pants are also comfortable, waterproof and noiseless. I ordered two pair of the pull on pants, just to have a change when I need to wash the other pair. I washed them in the machine and hung them to dry, and that only took very little time. They might cost more, but they are worth the money. I ordered 2X because my thighs are thick and they are just the perfect fit. I previously bought vinyl pull on that made me sweat like crazy. Whenever I had to go to change, my backside was soaked with sweat. I ordered 1X in these vinyl pants and they looked as if I was wearing bloomers, as my husband called them. They were way too big.Vinyl pants are not water proof and they took a long time to dry when hung. I would highly recommend the, Waterproof Adult Pull-On Pants, Advanced Duralite-Soft, Noiseless - Kleinert's. They are worth the price and you will not be wearing sweatpants.

Daytime use only.
These do not work well in the pool, but they do work well during the daytime to prevent leaking of urine, mostly.

The Kleinert's Duracool Water-Proof Pull-Up Incontinence Pants Really Works!
I am have been suffering with Incontinence and wetting my bedding each night even with using double protection diapers, double chuck bed pads, and soft bamboo waterproof sheets. I still wet through. Then I found Kleinert's Duracool Water-Proof Pull-On Incontinence Pants for plus size women.I am a 2XL and the Pull-On Incontinence Pants fits me perfectly. The size measurement guides are accurate.I would highly recommend Kleinert's Incontinence Water-Proof Pull-On Pants because they really work! The elastic thigh bands fit comfortably and snuggly so that the urine cannot escape from your diapers and soil your bedding. This product saved me time from cleaning up my urine spills and having to wash my soiled bedding all the time.Sincerely yours,Esthy Lue

It works! Not comfortable, bulky.
I recently received the washable incontinent leak-protection pant. According to the measurements that were recommended, I could use either an extra small or small, which was what I normally wear. Thankfully, I ordered a size small. When I tried it on, the leg bands were very tight. Wearing it over my regular underwear and a pad during a walk, I was sweaty and had indentations around my legs. Not much noise came from the pant. The main reason I purchased the pant was to help prevent incontinence leakage. It was successful. I like the fact that it is waterproof, despite being uncomfortable. I will buy another one in medium size. Most underwear come in bikini, hipster, high-cut or brief styles. It would be nice to have these other options, too.So, all in all, I will continue to use the waterproof leak-protection underwear. It will protect clothing and bedding. In the long run, it will save money on excess laundry and disposable incontinence items.

Order Bigger Size, if in Doubt
I really like the sturdiness of these plastic panties, as my Mom has to wear them nightly, due to incontinence. However, under these, she has to wear a pull-up diaper and 2 heavy duty Poise Pads stacked on top of each other to absorb a night’s worth of urine. I did not consider this when ordering and should have upped from a size L to XL. I did order another pair and went with the larger size and found it to be a better fit. it’s a well made product, but a bit on the pricey side. I did learn after purchasing a cheaper product that you get what you pay for, and also learned to not use bleach with any plastic pants, as it does weird things with the elastic waistband, causing them to rot and loose their elasticity, making them pretty much worthless. I do recommend this product, but wish they’d lower the price.

Incotinent pant
I'm a big man. 6'5' 243# I wear Amazon's 3-Pack Men's Super Absorbency Washable Reusable Bladder Control Briefs. I recommend these. but these get saturated at times. So we began looking for adult versions of what we used to put on our children: rubber pants. These vinyl pant work very well except sometimes they leak around the leg seal. They seal at the waist very well. I think they are too expensive, but they do the job. They do not absorb moisture, you take them off and they're almost dry.

Awesome
The media could not be loaded. Love these. I've ordered many pairs over the years and have always been happy with the quality and comfort. I get them for myself. I don't have a medical need for them, but I often wear plastic pants instead of regular underwear, mostly because I love how they feel, but I also enjoy the security they provide. I don’t really wet my pants but sometimes I leak a little bit. With plastic pants on, it’s a nonissue. No one knows, they dry quickly, and wet plastic pants feel so much nicer than damp underwear.I’ve tried lots of plastic pants and will tell you that not all of them can be comfortably worn on their own, but these pants can easily be worn all day long and they feel awesome. They're well-fitted, they have wide comfortable elastics, and they’re made from a unique material that's very different from the PVC often used to make plastic pants. This waterproof material is soft and smooth and very breathable. But I will say they're alarmingly noisy when you take them out of the package for the first time. If you enjoy the sound typically associated with plastic pants, then you’ll probably love these. But if you're concerned with noise, I will say they get quieter the more you wear them, and it's not particularly obvious and a public setting. I've worn them out a ton and don't even give it a second thought. Besides, most people wouldn’t notice or care if I have plastic pants on.They're not the prettiest plastic pants I've ever owned, however they are offered in three colours for some variety. They feel similar but look very different. White (my favourite) with its frosty, waxy appearance, resembles typical plastic pants. Unfortunately, it's also prone to staining and darkening with age. Beige looks more like fabric and is the quietest of the bunch (but not by much) and is more resilient to staining and aging. Black is a fun material that's super glossy on the inside but looks sleek and mysterious on the outside, like a slightly shiny nylon. It doesn't seem to stain or age at all. It's probably the loudest but again, not by much.If you follow the size chart carefully, you can't go wrong. They're sized perfectly with room left over for padding. The legs are properly positioned and snug, but not tight. The elastics are thick and very comfortable. The waist is generous but not too high and perfect for daytime use. They wouldn't normally show with any of the pants I usually wear unless I deliberately pull them up higher. Thanks to the interior coating, these are fairly easy to clean. I normally wipe them down well after use and they come pretty clean. The elastics aren't as easy to clean by hand, so I do machine launder them on occasion, which they tolerate well. But the gentler you treat them, the longer they will last.If you’re looking to try plastic pants for the first time, I probably can't say enough good things about these -- they're my absolute favourite. They're a fun and practical alternative to conventional underwear. Whether you want to wear them on their own or with a diaper, these are absolutely worth a try. They're a little on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion.
