I really like that the fountain is ceramic instead of plastic. It’s easy to clean the fountain and replace the filters. It’s quiet, just make sure you keep the water level above the bottom tier or it will begin to make noise and bubble. My cat loves it. He’s 1 so I was afraid he wasn’t going to be interested in something new like this but he uses it often.

The product arrived quickly and as pictured. It's large enough where multiple cats or very small dogs could drink from it all day without risking the water level getting too low. It's quiet except for the sound of the water. You have to keep the bowl pretty full. Once the water level gets about halfway down the bowl, you can hear the pump sputtering a bit. I've owned something similar before, but it was plastic and I wasn't able to clean all the pieces as well as I would've liked for long term use. This, while more breakable than the plastic, allows you to clean all the different parts and comes with a little brush.The main reason I chose this one over other water fountains is it has multiple drinking options. As cats can be rather picky and fountains are kind of pricey, I didn't want to buy something just to have them refuse to drink out of it because the water moved too quickly or splashed too much. The base is like a traditional water dish except that there's movement to the water, there's the steps on the middle piece that has a thin layer of water running all over it (this is usually the favorite), there's three little spouts that trickle water, and there's a cup at the top with bubbling water. I left their original water dishes out for a day or so while they got used to the new fountain, but so far they seem to enjoy it and I don't have to rinse and fill up dishes every morning. I just top it off if it's looking low.There are only really 3 negatives and one is really just a personal preference. First, I wish the inside of the bowl matched the color of the bowl rather than being white. Second, it didn't come with any instructions whatsoever. It wasn't hard to figure out, but i know filters usually need to be rinsed before use. I rinsed the filter for about 30 seconds since that's what I think I had to do previously, but I wish there'd been some info included. The only other complaint is I wish the water pump had different settings. It doesn't seem to bother the cats, but I think they might use other parts of the fountain if I could slow the flow of water just a bit.Overall the cats seem happy and I'm happy with the product.

The carbon filters and the foam filters seem to work well. The foam filters can be rinsed off and reused( on the premise that fountain is cleaned every 2 weeks) ; we only reuse them once to maintaintheir safe cleanliness. We have one cat and they never seem dirty. If the fountain is not cleaned regularly , the water is not clear and the foam filter is yellow and appears “ germ” laden when removed. We did that only once. It would be nice if their were more foam filters provided; we always have an excess of carbon filters.

Everything about this fountain is great. The size is perfect for my multi cat household and its super easy to clean. My only complaint is that the pump just randomly stopped working after 10 months. They are cheap and easy to replace but for the price of this set up I would have preferred at minimum a year of use without having to replace it.

Finally solved the problem of the cats knocking the top off or tipping it over. The cats like it and it's attractive.

This water fountain is worth every penny and I will be purchasing a second one for sure! We got the gray fountain and our kittys love it so much! We got the idea of needing a fountain because our one cat LOVES! Drinking from sink spouts and gets water everywhere, It heavy ceramic super easy to clean and the kittys can’t knock it over! And I love how quiet it is our cats are now always drinking water which is a plus! I would 1000% recommended especially for the value compared to the plastic water fountains. We tried a few and our cats would just knock them over, we would have so much water on the floor. For the little bit if extra money it’s especially worth it to not have to clean up so much water every morning and evening!

The first day I had it it worked great! Then the next day I noticed it wasn’t running. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and got it running again for about 20 minutes before it stopped again. I tried filling it up with more water to make sure it wasn’t tripping an auto shut off by having the water levels too low, but that didn’t change anything. It would still only run for about 20 minutes before I had to unplug and plug back in. On the third day I unplugged and plugged it back in and it didn’t come back on at all. So I tried cleaning everything, making sure nothing was obstructing the pump, taking everything apart and putting it back together, plugging it into a different outlet, using a different wall port, everything I could think of. It wouldn’t turn back on. And unfortunately it didn’t give me an option on Amazon to replace just the pump, I have to return the entire water fountain and order a new one ☹️ I don’t typically write negative reviews but I haven’t seen anyone else mention this problem (my sister even ordered the same water fountain a month ago and hasn’t had any issues) so I thought I should share.

My cats are very picky. I bought a plastic water fountain and they didn't like it, so I bought a stainless steel one and they hated it, but they liked this one. It's very quiet. Probably, they like it because of that. 100% recommend it.

This is a really great fountain, our cats love it and took about a day or two to learn how to drink out of it! The noise level is very quiet, sounds like water trickling very faintly, and cleaning isn't enjoyable, but it's not horrible.The only downfall is it does not have an automatic shut off for the pump, which means that when the water level gets too low, it'll keep pumping air and eventually the pump will burn itself out and then need to be replaced.With two cats we have to fill it every 3-4 days (this is the absolute longest we can go before the water level gets too low and the pump starts to suck air). If this water fountain had an automatic shut off, easily I'd give it 5 stars!

Loved this fountain until it stopped working. Purchased March 2023. Cannot find contact info for the manufacturer to inquire about a warranty.
