Sweet but rather mild
Sweet and caramel flavored, but not very strong, even when ground for stronger version in grinder, or brewed with less filtered water. Does NOT stand up to any milk or cream. It is possible I did not get a really fresh bag, but I did not find a BEST BUY date. I liked it better, when mixed with a Koffee Kult "Columbia" coffee. I was very disappointed there was absolutely NO odor when ground or when brewed. (I have had very aromatic Narino & Columbian blends that had wonderful scent when ground & then brewed.) Just like with a good wine, I WANT my morning coffee to have some "nose", so I can anticipate a wonderful flavor, in advance.

Now This, I Could Wake Up To...
For those who love coffee, there's little else more enjoyable than freshly ground Colombian coffee beans from which will come forth a soothing cup of the delectable brew. None could be closer to that maxim than Eternal Spring WHOLE BEAN Coffee from Nariño . This delightful bag contains 71 glorious servings of 100% Colombian grown Arabica beans, all from a single source - the famous Consacá Hacienda. The aroma percolated through my senses the second I opened the bag until that first sip of heavenly flavor reach my palate. It is almost criminal to add sugar and cream. I did anyway and made a frozen coffee blend, simply fantastic. With a mild acidity, and a medium body, this coffee produces hints of mandarin, citrus with tones of caramel to entice one's desire for more. The color is a healthy red to golden hue most appealing to the eye. As soon as the cup is touched, a treat is in store, with only the sound of the brewing process left to enliven all five of the senses. The best part is, another cup is only a few moments away. The coffee comes in a choice of ground (or whole bean), in a 17.6 ounce bag. As with any great coffee, the best water is important as tap water always contains chemicals that ruin the taste of a great cup. It is best to use filtered, odorless water. Even commercially bottled water may contain minerals, as will any spring water. Distilled water is always the purest, yielding the most delicious cup for optimum enjoyment.Really good stuff.[Review Sample Provided For Review and Evaluation]

Ok
The reviews were so good so I bought a bag hoping for some dreamy coffee. It turns out that it's just regular. It's as good as the coffee I've been buying at Costco but not better.

Over-priced, decent flavor but not a Wow.
Decent quality coffee but over-priced with plenty of comparable available at better prices. Actually there are more flavorable coffees

this is the best coffee I have ever made
A course grind and brewed using a French Press, this is the best coffee I have ever made. I strongly recommend this coffee. I hate mornings. I mean, I really hate mornings. And, I hate coffee snobs almost as much. But this coffee makes mornings tolerable, and well, I think I may have become the latter. Coconut, smooth, aromatic.... I may have become a snob, but a wide awake one. Highly recommend. I use two full scoops, plus 5 extra beans - 5 mins in the press. Better than any restaurant coffee I have ever had. Well Done!!

I was disappointed when the product arrived with a bad seal
I ordered this product for the first time 04/06/16. I was disappointed when the product arrived with a bad seal, the coffee, however, was very good. I thought I would try again and was disappointed once again with another package with a bad seal. Good coffee...poor quality control. Too bad!
