Studies show many benefits
I bought Liposomal C to give to my husband before and after his cardio surgery since I read about the benefits of pre-surgery ingestion. It may prevent oxidative stress and promote accelerated recovery. Not everyone has a chance to get intravenous vit. C and using it encapsulated, liposomal, is a next best thing. The absorption and bioavailability is much better in the liposomal form too. I was happy to buy this quality of a product for low enough price that is made in the US. PS. Found these back in April when my usual vitamin c was out of stock. These are far superior to the other brand I was taking. I’ve taken up to 6 capsules a day without any GI upset whatsoever. I do this for loading when we head into flu and now covid season and also as part of a vitamin C flush for detoxing. GroundUp is now my brand of choice. Noticed my muscle aches are gone after hard workouts too and this is the only vitamin I changed. No colds or even sniffles since these. Happy to have found them!

Better absorption
This is the greatest supplement to take for vitamin c..... Works better than others. My family....we all take it. Absorbs in your body for a longer time. With all the covid virus infections.....I would not be without it.
