It had emblem only in one side of the flag
The material is ok, I was disappointed that it only had the emblem on one side of the flag. The official Paraguayan flag has two emblems, one on each side, diferente design on each side.

If I’m being honest, I should have expected what I received for the price…
The flag is great for its price. Having said that however, I have purchased much better quality American flags for a few bucks more. What surprised me was the eight fold price jump to get a properly stitched flag (as my American ones are) as opposed to a printed version.
