not cooling at all !

My daughter had gotten one of these, not this cooling one, and since I have back problems I tried it and it made a big difference. I talked my husband, who has back problems also, into using one. He used it for awhile and then didn't; after a few days, he went back to using the pillow because he found without it his back was worse; but he said it was very hot; I checked on line and found this cooling pillow and bought one for me; my husband used it and said it was cooling, so I bought him this one.Very pleased with it and if need another one will definitely use this seller; product as described and fast delivery.

I can tell it should be good, but it feels too bulky, maybe just not the right size for my preference

In my opinion it's too thick and hard, not comfortable. I have bigger legs and bought it to help after surgery but it's just not comfortable. I need something with more give, like a pillow. Needless to say I can't/ won't use it. Wishing I'd gone with my first instinct and gotten a different design. It's well made, just doesn't serve my purpose.

During recovery from herniated disc surgery, physical therapists recommended a knee pillow for comfort and to help healing. I have been using this pillow throughout the recovery, and I continue to use it routinely.I would recommend this, especially for “side sleepers”, and for folks recovering from spinal surgery.

I loved the release of pressure and the first feel of coolness. After a while, it got hot and stayed hot! I thought it would at least be cool for more than an hour! Don’t buy it!

I love this knee pillow, if I could i would give it 10 stars, we ordered one for my husband and I ended up using it the first night fell in love with it so we bought his mom and me one, and we all love this knee pillow, it feels great on my bad knee and all 3 of our bad backs.. this amazing cooling pillow, is something you need especially if you have back and knee pain..

I suffer from sciatica. And this pillow helps me sleep...I use EVERY NIGHT. My boyfriend tries to be sneaky and take so def need to order more lol.

Cooling gel remains cool for a decent period of time. The pillow is quite hard & a little uncomfortable if you rest bone against it. I need it for back problems as well as a tumour in the knee that is painful when I side sleep & need to separate knees. My legs also burn up with pain intensity so cooling gel really helps. In winter it stays quite cold & chilly for a fair bit of time but upon wakening 2-3hrs later it has warmed up a bit. It would have been perfect if it was a tad more cushioned & not so dense & hard but I find a comfortable position & all is well Exactly as pictured.

The cooling gel on this pillow works great for the first 15mins in bed, in fact it feels ice cold for that period, after that it warms up to your body temperature. My last knee pillow made me sweat, so far this one seems to keep my legs just cool enough all night not to sweat. so i'm happy with this, the pillow is comfortable and uses good quality foam.

Got it for my mom who is plus size and its not ideal for larger legs. The cooling pad really works though!

My husband is a veteran with messed up knees and hips, he loves it! I have cancer and it helps with the bone pain in my legs. The only thing I find is it only feels cool if you move around it but, as it heats up from your body heat after a while. But still provides great support for your legs and hips. If had a choice I’d buy this one over the others that don’t have the gel, and it can be used in many ways. Exactly like pictured with gel on both sides.
