Ok, let's start with the word "suitable". It's not complicated. Please spell it correctly. More importantly, each capsule is stated as being 1000MG. They mean 1000mg. A MG is meaningless, it is equivalent to MegaGiga. No such thing. Next, 1000mg is a gram. Each capsule contains a gram of oil. That's not complicated. If they don't understand this, God help them, and us. Next (sigh), a gram is about one millilitre (ml). Most sources recommend 15-60ml per day. That's 15-60 capsules per day. Manufacturer, am I wrong? (Actual mass of 1ml is about 0.961g).
