Pretty cape!
I bought this for my Halloween costume and it was perfect! The material is a thinner "velvet", and the strings on the front seemed a bit flimsy, but overall it looked nice and held up well. I am 5'7" and this hit right about my ankles.

It was super soft and pretty thick
I bought this for my sister to match one of her cosplay gowns and she immediately put it on an ran around the house (she is grown and 29)... It was super soft and pretty thick, but not overly thick. The strings to tie and secure the cloak were sewed on well and the hood was a perfect size for mystery.
