I have both the cocoa butter and rose and both are wonderful. The rose is my favorite. Not overpowering or fake on the smell. Lotion is luxurious, soft and smooth.

Product was fresh and included safety seal. The ingredients are also the same as what’s listed online. And the scent is very nice like a light powdery rose smell. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion absorbs nice and feels soothing. I do have very dry hands and require some additional moisture there but overall this is a lovely body lotion with good natural ingredients.

This body butter is amazing! Thick and smells lovely. Been using it for awhile with cotton gloves and my hands look 10 years younger! Great product at a great price

Love this so so much! It's definitely thick and rich and actually sinks in your skin. I do not have dry skin normally but I can get oily on my body. I mainly use this on my feet and elbows, but it's not too rich to use in the summer all over. I just use a thin layer if I'm applying it over legs and arms, etc. In winter, I may be able to use a heavier layer. I abhor the feeling of sticky or clammy skin from the use of a product that doesn't absorb.I've tried so many body creams, and it seems they usually just sit on the skin and don't really moisturize. This one does not sit on the skin and truly moisturizes and lasts well throughout the day. My test for this is the heel test. Heels are notorious for being dry (and ugh, I can't stand dry heels on myself or looking at them on other people - anyone else out there with me?! haha). If my body lotion can make my heels moisturized throughout the day, then I know it's good (especially when wearing sandals all day). The only other lotion I've tried that did the same thing was Lubriderm for Dry/Extremely Dry Skin (it's the one in the reddish/burgundy bottle). This Andalou one is much preferable due to the less toxic ingredients.And the SMELL. Oh my this has the best rose scent ever. If you like a rose scent, I would bet you like this one. You know how some rose scents remind you of childhood dolls/toys that were scented with rose? And it's like a childish/cheap rose scent? This one is not like that at all. It's distinctly rose-scented, but still fresh and bright with just the right depth and strength to make it very feminine and adult. For me personally, I'm very picky about perfumes and lotion scents. I gravitate towards fresh, clean, bright, citrusy scents typically. Please keep any form of vanilla scent or musky scent far away from me. I do not however tend to get headaches or anything like that from scents, so I cannot vouch for if the scent is too strong for you. I don't smell this beyond application though, but like I said I'm usually applying to elbows and feet.Overall, I will repurchase this in a heartbeat and it's my favorite body cream by far. For a regular lotion, me, my mom and sister absolutely love the Andalou Naturals Citrus Verbena Body Lotion. It's the best I've found. Hope this helps someone looking to make a decision on purchasing.

It feels good on your skin and hands feel hydrated. The rose skein is faint.

This has a wonderful scent and is made with clean ingredients. Highly recommend.

The scent is lovely, it's not greasy, and it moisturizes well. I love this company's products, but wish they'd change their packaging to something more environmentally friendly.

A very nice, rich lotion for every day use. Not quite as moisturizing as the Cocoa Butter option available from same manufacturer. Would also prefer a pump bottle rather than the flip top.

The entire line of Andalou body products is fantastic. I have ceoliac and even getting wheat protein on my skin is like an acid burn. All Andalou products are gluten-free and work beautifully. This lotion is a perfect consistency & has a mild smell that doesn't linger. It is not sticky but absorbs immediately and feels so good. The scent is suitable for both men and women. Their Lavender Shea version is equally good but it wasn't available in a large size. So glad to be able to order some Andalou products & not have to wait to stock up when I go back to the USA. I wish there are more available in the UK because it's the only line that doesn't irritate my skin. FYI: Because this ships from the USA it takes about 2 weeks to receive.
