25' Telepole "Superior 1" Telescoping Flagpole - 2.75" Base Diameter, 10 Gauge Aluminum - Silver

The hardest part was to dig the hole then pour the concrete into the hole around the sleeve, but had no issues. The telescoping works great and I really like the hanging of the flags with no ropes to clang on the pole. The two flags fly excellent!

PROS:- Very heavy duty flagpole Much heavier than the one I replaced which broke in a wind storm- Telescoping sections come fully assembled, you just need to anchor in ground- Instructions are good, clearly written by someone who knows proper English- Item shipped and arrived well before promised date- No rope and clips to bang against the flagpoleCONS:- The flag stopper ring for keeping the bottom flag holder from floating is useless, I am not sure how it could ever sufficiently do the jobInstallation went well and the instructions for anchoring it are good. Once I had started the concrete, I used 4 large garden stakes at opposite corners (like compass points) and line attached to the flag holders to keep it level. The next day I hooked up a 3 x 5 flag. Immediately the bottom ring started to slowly move the flag stopper ring up the pole. I took it down and tightened the set screw as much as I could. Again when I raised it, the bottom ring moved the flag stopper ring up the pole. My solution was to go and by a Fernco coupler part# PTC-150. It was about 4 bucks and is gray, not black so it fits in well with the pole. I cut the coupler in half and then put it on the flagpole. The top part with the screw for the ball comes off when you remove the set screw from the top ring holder. Once I had the ½ coupler section on I put everything together and raised the flag. The coupler has not moved and it has the added benefit of being rubber where it contacts the flag holding ring providing some buffer. It is hard to see when it is up 25 ft.I also bought the Sunnytech solar light which fit on top of the pole real well. Took one star away for the flag stopper ring. The flagpole is a good value and I believe will last longer than the warranty but for that overall price, the flag stopper ring should work much better.

We get a lot of big winds and gusts, so the high wind rating this pole has, is needed. The ground sleeve design could be much better, not a tight enough fit, way too much play in my opinion. Additionally, the locking hex nut at the base did not align with the hole in the pole (1/4 inch off!), and there was no explanation in the instructions. Was this intentional? If so, there is no way I could tighten it down enough to lock the sleeve against a 10 gauge round pole. Anyone could easily pull the pole out of the sleeve. I ended up drilling new resting holes in the base of the sleeve so the locking hex nut holes aligned. I then used some softer shim metal between the sleeve and pole, and tightened the nut to compress the metal and lock the pole in place. Finally, since there is no theft prevention locking mechanism provided, I added an eyebolt in the concrete in front of the hex locking nut, where I latch a padlock to prevent tool access and theft of the pole.

This flag pole is build very nice and with great material and they use really nie meterial and I like the fact that you can fly 2 flags on it if you want to. The owner is really great to work with when I talked to him on the phone. They shipped out the flag pole really quick along with the rope kit that I ordered for my flag pole. And to top it off I can't believe the warranty that comes with this flag pole.This flag pole comes with a 15 year warranty and to even top that off it is even overed if the flag pole is destroyed from the wind now I don't know of any other flag pole that comes with a warrenty that overs wind damage. Now you can't beat that warranty what so ever.Every part is covered on the flag poole (exept damages caused by you or someone else or not being installed orretly) other then that the only thing not co9vered by warranty is your flag. Which is fine with me a flag is cheap enough to buy anyways. (plus this flag pole doesn't come with a flag) So if you are shopping for a flag pole your searh is over because this is the best flag pole that you can get and the prie isn't bad either. So buy this flag pole you won't regret it. I also took a piece of 2 1/2 PVC pipe and heated up the PVC pipe and bent it to make the shape of a candy cane and now for Christmas I have a giant candy cane, I used LED strip lights wraped around the pole and people just love the giant candy cane lights. I give this flag pole 5 stars

I was very skeptical of this flagpole. I called the owner who promptly answered the phone and also answered questions. I wanted to know the dimensions of the base sleeve and the price of shipping for a warranty replacement part. The answer was given to me. The shipping cost depends where you are in the US but seemed to be VERY resonable.When I received the pole the top flag ring was damaged and after I called the company a new ring was promptly sent out. The hardest part of preparing the base of the pole was the very hard soil in this area. Once the hole was dug the instructions were followed and the process went very well. I did add rebar to the hole and finished the top with a piece of 4" x 12" Sonitube to "dress" out the top of the pour.I decided to give the concrete some additional time to set as we were having very high winds. Once the wind started to slow down I attached the US Flag and a University of Michigan flag to the pole. I then raised the pole even though it was still somewhat windy.This pole is AWESOME! You do not need to hesitate or worry if this pole will satisfy your requirements for a sturdy flagpole. I am sold on tele-pole!! You will not regret this purchase.

Did a lot of research and found this to be the best made. Price is higher then others. You get what you pay for.

The flag pole is good and looks good. The instructions suck. The pole has instructions for the top, the ball has instructions for the top and the solar light has instructions for the top of pole and they don’t match up for installation. The attachments for the middle and of pole for two flags is nice, but trying to put two clips on middle attachment was hard. Once it is done it is a good product
