Don't bother using the provided wall plugs & screws
The actual rack is a quality piece and matches other chrome fittings in our bathroom. However the included plastic wall plugs are worthless. One day after installation per the instructions the rack began to pull away from the the wall with only two bath towels placed on the rack.I suggest trashing the enclosed plugs & screws and using toggle bolts to securely attach the rack to the wall.

Expensive but seems well made
The price was very high for a simple towel rail (hence only 4 stars) but it does its job and looks good.
