Capers add dimension to many recipes and to have them be organic is an added bonus

Seem like a great product but do not know how to use them properly. Have had dishes and sides before with caper Im sure but seems like these will last a good while. Nice, big jar of organic capers.

The best price for capers per oz I've been able to find! They usually ship double wrapped in puffy mailers. They've never arrived broken. They aren't as small as most no pariel capers but they are tasty just the same!

Eating these reminds me of my early years in Boston in the late 60s through the 70s, eating capers on food at North End restaurants. *These* taste like *those*! That means I have to use fewer to get the same flavor in my recipes. Worth the cost, for sure!

These are salty treats. Take 2 or 3 tablespoons of the capers and drain them. Put them into a mustard size jar with fresh water. Perfect to add to almost any dish. I love the taste of these capers. They are especially good with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
