My husband is using it on almost everything, he specially likes it in noodle dishes and pizza. It has a nice earthy and mushroom flavor to it. The product comes from Italy and is organic. I wish it would list on the bottle what's in it. We tried to find an oil without aroma flavor but that is hard to find. Allover we are very happy with the product and the overall taste.

We've had truffle oil here and there at restaurants, but have never personally used it at home until now. It is quite daunting to use because you don't want to overdo it with the oil, but you don't want to miss out on the flavor by being scared. It took a few times and different dishes to figure out how to use this particular oil and what it works on.The color is very vibrant, so if it were drizzled over a colorful dish/salad, it does pop a tiny bit. Quite nice if you're trying to be fancy/impress someone. It isn't thick at all, especially for us. So do pour slowly because it can easily become a pool over your food. The flavor is nice, and buttery with a hint of olive oil. It would be great to add some depth to an aioli or for dipping bread. Only issue for us it the cost, even though you don't need to use alot, it is still cost prohibitive when there are quite a few to feed.

This truffle oil is great, we’ve been able to recreate the fries we love to eat out at home (and a little healthier using an air fryer) with this oil! The flavor is great and not at all overpowering.

Tastes good but need to use quite a bit if you want your food to have even a hint of truffle. expected more potency for the price.

This is the best tasting EVO with truffle that I've had. Light and not overpowering at all with NO weird after taste as some others leave. Expensive but worth it IMO....Treat yourself.

This oil is delicious! My favorite way to eat it is to dip bread in it but you could also cook lots of good recipes with it. Nice flavor!

The oil tastes good and fresh. It has a few pieces of truffle floating on the bottom. I do not like that they had to use flavorings to make the oil taste like truffles. I do not see the point - either add truffles, or add fake flavors.Anyway, it tastes good and it works good as dipping oil or for toppings and salads. It is a small bottle. The oil is bright yellow, without green or brown tint. The added "natural" flavor seems to overpower the oil flavor itself.

While actual truffles is going to be the best in terms of flavor (since any oil will add just a little taste of the oil itself), this is a great substitute for dishes such as truffle risotto that will wow your guests time and time again.
