These ice spikes are a must when working on ice or inclines on driveways, where I get the most saving from a fall. They are easy to install on shoes, preferably hard-soled shoes. These are sold in packs of 20 or so because they do wear down is one or two uses and have to be replaced in the rubber assembly. You need some good hand strength for removing and replacing, overall easy task when you get the technique down.

We've had two back to back snowstorms in the Seattle area. I love walking my dog but once the streets get icy it's SO slippery. I have a pair of rubber ice cleats to stretch around my snow boots or hiking boots but a couple of the spikes fell off. I ordered these on Thu and had them on Sat!!!!They're super to put on. You just stretch the hole and push the disk with the spike through the hole. Noticed my other spikes are a bit worn from use so awesome this was THIRTY replacement spikes!

Love these for replacements. We love all our Ice trackers and have a nice assortment. I feel like they are a tad different plastic, but overall they are great. I'm not one to worry about having to replace, safety is more important. I like to start fresh each season. I very rarely need to replace. I have to replace missing ones from my husbands because of the way he walks, he loses them. I will be purchasing again soon so I can have backup.

I have a whole bag of these and have used a few to keep hubby from slipping on the ice when he is shoveling snow. So far, they have worked!

Bought as a gift.

Make sure that they are carbide replacements as, they outlast the steel or aluminum replacements. The bad part is that they come from China so, you better put in your order a month or so in advance of needing them. Thanks.

These fit/replaced my traction spike setup, the old ones were just worn out. They were a nice and tight it, so they can be used for just about any shoe/traction device that uses these replaceable studs.
