I just got my pan in today and I was so eager to try it, I whipped up a batch of tamagoyaki to do a test run. This pan is amazing! The non-stick finish works so well I could probably even skip the oil. The eggs just slide effortlessly in and out of the pan. I made a tamogo recipe with four eggs and it worked out perfectly. It a monster tamago sized log. The pan's heat retention is great; cooked the eggs and barely browned them (which is how it should be). I think the fluorine processing may have something to do with its amazing non-stick vertues, unlike other reviews I read about other pans that had cheap non-stick flaking or eggs sticking. Plus clean-up is as easy as wipe down with a damp cloth. All in all, worth every penny! Thank you!!

The pan is small (narrower than a slice of bread) but great for tamagoyaki. Really easy to use - watch a few videos to see how it’s done. Good if you don’t have a lot of room in your kitchen.

Got the pan as advertised. Practice makes perfect, and I made a few tamago nicely.The pan size is not too big, but doesn't bother me. Great product and affordable price as well.

Everything is good, only that it is small. It is a small one, not a regular size
