Awesome Headache Relief
The combination of the pain relievers and the sleep aid is perfect. It usually starts working within 20–30 minutes, dulling the pain enough so I can actually relax. It is super effective!

Perfect for the late night headaches- this relieves them pretty quickly. I know there is a lot of news about acetaminophen right now but sometimes excedrin is the only product that will relieve headaches and this follows suit.

A MUST HAVE ON A CRUISE
I have taken these on a 22 day cruise that I messed up my knee 2 weeks before the trip. I was in pain the whole time and took pain killers am & pm. These Headache PM Excedrin I took every night. Helped me sleep. I was thankful I brought these with me on this trip.Well worth the cost.
