Best gluten-free flour substitute I have found. I have been gluten-free for 10 years and this is the best substitute to use in baking I have found. No one can even tell it’s gluten-free.

Great gluten-free flour substitute! The baked goods come out lighter than standard flour, so figuring out if something is "done" visually takes a couple of tries, but I think a lot of that has to do with personal preference. I made a cookie recipe with a different g-free flour and the cookies came out tasting and feeling like honey-flavored sand. I was going to abandon that recipe to the "only make with gluten flour", but seeing as it was my husband's favorite Christmas cookie growing up, I decided to re-try the recipe with Domata. What a great decision! He was happy, kids were happy, Santa got some g-free honey mound cookies...all was right with the world on Christmas Eve 2014 :-)

My wife tested with a gluten allergy. Here favorite thing is my Sausage Gravy and Biscuits from scratch. This stuff rocks. It takes a little more liquid to get the consistency right but it makes light and fluffy biscuits and great gravy. As a side note it is easy to use this to mimic Red Lobster Biscuits that regular flour. Just need the right amount of baking soda and boom. Light fluffy biscuits.

This flour works great as a 1 to 1 replacement in any wheat flour recipe that I have tried so far! Tastes great! Easy to use!

This is, hands down, the best gluten free flour I have ever used. It really does measure cup for cup, and there is no difference in taste or texture of baked goods. My first time using this, I made popovers, and they turned out beautifully!

Great for cookies, biscuits, scones!

Must of been a family member of the owner's who wrote the ONE review! If you have Celiac RUN from this product!! The ingredients in it are the absolute worse thing for your bodies. It's very difficult to work with plus the added sugars do horrible things to your body. RUN do not walk away from this product. If I could have, I would have given it 1/4 of a star only for effort. DO NOT BUY!!!

Best GF flour I have tried. It measures out same as reg all purpose flour and taste is same. It's great to make my favorite recipes GF with DOMATA. The only GF flour I will use now.
