- This is for a single LIME GREEN resistance band. It is 1.25" in width and 42" in length.
- 35 - 80 lbs. of resistance.
- This band is great for pull-up assistance and other strength training movements. If you need assistance while doing pull-ups, this band will give you support. Not enough support? This resistance band can be combined with any of the skinnier bands to give additional support. Having two different sizes will also give you the flexibility to do other strength training exercises at various resistance levels.
