This jump rope is very nice. It had great quality and it is very easy to use as well. I also love the fact that it's easy to just carry in my bag or wherever and I also love that it comes in a pouch. Color: BlackThe Crossfit Jump Rope by Shvoong Sport arrived safely and as scheduled.This crossfit jump rope comes with an extra wire cable, screws, nylon clips, carry bag and a white towel. The jump rope measures over 100 inches in length and has handles that measures 5.75 inches in length. The white towel is very absorbent and measures about 9.5 inches by 9.5 inches. The drawstring carrying bag measures about 8.75 inches long by 5.5 inches wide.This jump rope is light weight and easy to adjust the length according to your height. I had some extra inches on each end so I tried to cut it shorter with a pair of scissors but I was not successful. The cable was too strong and requires something much more heavy duty than a pair of scissor for it to cut through. I saw a video on what the right jump rope length is 3 feet longer than your height (not including the handles). I was able to do 60 jumps in 1 minute with this rope.Overall, I like this crossfit jump rope by Shvoong Sport. It makes a nice addition to my fitness routine and it is certainly compact enough to put away and travel with. This is a very nice jump rope that is well made with quality materials that should last for a very long time! This is really a Jump Rope *Set*. It includes a replacement cable, other small replacement parts, a hand towel, and nice black drawstring back to carry all of it in. I will attach photos. It' really a great set.This jump rope would work well for a beginner or a more experienced jumper/speed jumper. The handles can really spin the cable fast. The handles are made of an indestructable resin-like plastic material. They are lightweight and feel great in your hands.The length of the rope/cable is very easy to adjust with the little metal sliding screws at both ends of the cable behind the handles - easy enough so that it's not a problem for more than one person to use them and adjust them prior to each use. Because you can adjust them, they would work for anyone regardless of their height. Using them they feel very well balanced and the cable swings well.I highly recommend this jump rope set!! Aside from being a bit taken aback by the design of this jump rope, it was easy to figure out why it was made this way and how to adjust the length. It's really light and the rope is 10 feet long. Everything is adjustable and it comes with bonus items (see product description below) and pretty much a whole new set, aside from handles.When I was a kid, we used extension cords or telephone wires. We used them because of the way they hit the ground and ease of changing speed because the wires were heavy enough to slap the concrete, but thin enough to control. The Crossfit Jump Rope reminds me of that, but better since it's actually made for jumping rope.To adjust the length, you just loosen the silver screw enough to allow movement, then tighten the screw. Some may choose to cut excess wire from the rope, but I will leave it since my husband will also be using this and he's taller than I am. Not to mention, the rope is really strong and would take more than the average scissors to cut it. Taking everything into account, this is a great crossfit jump rope and it will be getting a lot of use from us.
