I have plantars and my Physical Therapist suggest that he teach me how to wrap my foot. It was a very simple wrap and it works amazingly well. He told me that it supports the achilles and changes the sensation just enough that it tricks your mind into thinking it doesn't hurt as much. I've become a believer. I had tried other, less expensive tapes for an injured arm and never thought it stuck very well. First , be sure to round the edges so they don't catch on every thing. And then buy decent quality tape. This stays put, is as simple to use as it gets (they are sticky) but this better tape is really working well. This is the brand my PT uses at home and I'm happy with it. Price was actually better than some and it came in 2 days. I will buy it again.

So.e tapes like this stick, but this tape STICKS. Doesn't come off at a whim. I have 2 bad knees. It works very well for the support I need. I ha e told several friends about it or given them some to try and they all like it as well. If you considering this type of tape, I would recommend it. I bought this because I have had to use this take for a recent injury. I wear it every day, most time for multiple days at a time. It sticks when and the roll last so much longer than pre cut strips. Will be buying again

This tape is better than the KT brand. It lasts linger on tge skin and it doesn't itch. Im not sure if I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive of the KT tape. I switched to this one bc my massage therapist recommended it and it feels more comfortable and of better quality. It was worth it.

I bought a roll of 100'. The tape stretches farther than Rocktape, KT tape, even OK tape. I've tried many brands. I use kinesio tape all the time. Knees, lower back, shoulders, even on my golfer's elbow. I've found that a range of tape is best for me. I keep a roll of each type and use accordingly. So this tape is alright. I have used about half of it already. The cotton tapes and the tape with extra sticky hold I tend to use on more difficult areas, such as in the path of sweaty streams. (My lower back tends to sweat a lot when I'm working out.). This tape doesn't hold as long and can roll up after it has separated from ones skin, which can really pull ones little hairs. It does work. You can tell it's not as good a quality as all my other tape rolls, but it's suitable.
