I bought this as a spare to switch out with other bands. It's different with a metal button that pushes through one of the holes, rather than the stem type. I don't think that helps speed things up or make it more comfortable, so I'm indifferent on that feature. I do like that the excess band tucks underneath the rest of the watch, so no worries about part of it flapping around and catching on objects. My wrist is always in between hole sizes, so one is every slightly too loose, while the next one is certainly too snug. Not much to do about that, so overall I'm happy with it and just hope its durability holds up, and it feels as if it will.
