Exactly as described
The books were for a child who lives in a non-English speaking country. I think the books are a very good introduction to English through song. One verse of each song is enough so the child learns through repetition, does not get bored and moves on to the next one. The child learnt very quickly how to activate the song and the thick pages made it easy for little fingers to turn the pages. The illustrations are great - varied and colourful. Thoroughly recommend these books. There is such a huge choice of books, it will be very difficult to buy just one or two!

If your little one loves books, then this is a must!
Such good books, this is the second one of this collection I’ve purchased now and my little boy (16 months currently) LOVES it! He spends all day turning each page and pressing the button, identifying each song and doing the actions! The words are so clear and I think this really helps toddlers learn songs! Will definitely be buying more from this collection - great value for money, worth every penny! Battery life lasts very well, especially considering it gets pressed over 100 times a day haha. Would 100% recommend.

The (3) Ditty Bird Books I purchased have brought untold fun, excitement and enjoyment to my great-granddaughter who is 15 months old. She cannot resist pressing the sound buttons and is learning fast, because all the sounds, voice - crystal clear words which is paramount. Ditty Bird Books which will capture the heart and mind of any child and help them to join sentences a little easier, given time and patience, and all the fun and laughter it brings. Finally, the long-lasting, replaceable batteries are a welcome extra. Ditty Bird has created an unforgettable name, with a very colourful front to match, and when it’s all added together it’s definitely a winning product and one I would strongly recommend.

I got fooled not once, but twice—and I’m here to save you from making the same mistake! This overpriced gadget barely works, and the battery gives up faster than my New Year’s resolutions—dead after just five uses with no way to replace it. Once that happens, congratulations! You’ve got yourself an expensive paperweight. Don’t let positive reviews fool you—this product is a wallet-draining disappointment. There are cheaper, better, and actually functional alternatives out there. Save your money and let this Dirty Bird fly far, far away from your shopping cart!

It is a nice book but now some pages are not working anymore, eventhough the battery is changed. Is there a warranty for this?
