The inside of the sock is a web of strings as if the socks weren't finished. Out of 5 pairs, only one pair actually looked like a normal sock on the inside. Of the other four pairs, I have to be very, very careful putting the sock on or my toes will get caught in the strings and I've already torn one sock because of it. They look nice but these are seriously cheap socks and the quality really couldn't be any worse so I'd highly recommending just trying any other brand.

I ordered a six pack of Easton Marlowe Men's Colorful Patterned Dress Socks after reading very good reviews and choosing my favorite among their large variety of patterns and colors. I wear size 13 EE shoes and have had the experience of socks sized 10-13 not really being large enough. When these socks arrived I was extremely pleased to find that they fit perfectly. In addition, the fabric feels great and the colors and patterns are as vivid and gorgeous as they appear in the photos. I've washed a few of the six pairs and they came through with flying colors; they still fit very well and the colors are as bright as ever. I highly recommend these socks, and at the price for which they are sold they are in incredibly good deal.

These socks look nice but are fairly low quality. Also, they're a bit too large. I have a size 12 shoe yet they were still big on me. Not bad value for the money but it's nothing to write home about. Occasionally i write home about the socks i buy, but not these socks. Perhaps as a society we should say "nothing to email home about" given that letter writing hasn't been this low since the bubonic plague raged through Europe.

I ordered these to have a variety of colors available for my larger feet (size 14) that would fit well. Most of the one size fits all socks that go up to size 13 are too small - they stretch a bit to fit which means they wear thin faster in the heal and particularly the ball of the foot. These socks actually fit me perfectly and I think they would fit an 11-13 just fine. I think 10 would be pushing it and some at 9 and 9 1/2 have commented they're too large.The sock is quite thin - thinner than I expected. I'm trusting a few reviews that say they hold up well to repeated washings, as they are soft, but ultimately I'm worried about how thin they are and they don't do much for cold feet.The last thing I'll comment on is the construction. The strings inside seem like they're too long - seems sloppy. In the first pic I have another pair of cheap socks, the Easton Marlowe in the middle, and a pair of Bombas ($15 a pair) on the end. The Bombas have several different colors, but almost no strings. The cheap pair has strings following the pattern, but they are generally very short. The Easton Marlowe have lots of string and some are quite long (see second pic). This is another concern about quality. I don't know much about sock construction, but it definitely seems like a cheap way of constructing these.If I get a year out of these, it won't be a waste. I hope the colors hold up well. The colors and fit are why I bought them in the first place, and for those two things, they deliver.

These are very nice dress weight socks. I don't know what the other reviewers are complaining about in terms of the light weight of these socks. They are dress socks, not hiking socks. They are not as light as some dress socks that I have. I like the colors and they are very comfortable. Some socks have very tight bands on the top of the sock to hold them up. These have just the right tension on them . Very comfortable. I will likely buy some more in a different color.

I really like my new fun socks!! These are great for several reasons. First, they fit perfect. A lot of fun socks I buy are way too small and not comfortable. These fit great and are of good quality. The second thing I like about them is that, unlike other sellers of fun socks, Easton Marlowe does not "stash" a plain dress pair of socks in the middle somewhere. Each pair are truly fun socks. I also really like the design. For some reason, some manufacturers of fun socks place the "fun" part at the very top of the socks or within the feet part that are covered by the shoes - meaning that you can't even see the design when sitting down. Easton Marlowe allows the fun part of the design to be seen throughout the sock. So - I will definitely be changing out some of my "not so fun" socks with more from Easton Marlowe and I highly recommend them to the serious fun sock buyer - you won't be disappointed.

I bought these for my (then) 22 year old son, when he made the observation that invisible socks just do not do much for wing tips and a formal suit, nor do they help dress up a business casual look. This group was for the business casual look; he got a pack of more staid dark patterns for the suit.These are awesome socks. They fit well; wash well; and they are very easy to match up in the laundry. The colors are bright and stay that way. They provide just enough flash and fun to liven up khakis and a polo (or oxford) without looking silly. AND they last like iron. They are definitely a good deal

I needed a mostly-cotton sock that would stay up so I bought these a couple of years ago. I love them! They're fun to wear and they're comfortable. Because they're mostly cotton, they do shrink a tad over the months. I buy big ones because I don't like my toes constricted. I do buy new ones every year but I can still wear the older ones. I have developed an allergy to most socks but these are perfect. I'm a female who thanks the male industry for making big socks!UPDATE 2021: People have mentioned the long threads in some of the socks. Yes, some of the socks have those but after washing them a couple of times, the threads curl up and the socks get soft and fluffy. So basically you get two kinds of socks -- thinner for dress shoes and fluffy ones for boots or shoes that need more cushioning. These are my go-to socks in the fall and winter.

These are actually very nice quality socks (noticeably better than some of the most recomended cheaper socks on Amazon, which I've also had before, and they are OK ... but these are clearly better). Nice colourful designs too. They are also quite large in the foot and quite long in the ankle, so these are good even you have above average sized feet!

Fit as expected. Lovely and soft even after multiple washes and don't seem to have shrunk in the wash (unlike my other socks) at all. Particularly pleased that the seams are very well behaved - have been rather annoyed recently at some sock manufacturers who seem to think I want to be standing on a seam all day. No! These socks have seams where they belong (on my toes) and nowhere else.Very nice looking socks, colours haven't faded at all. I would say as a couple of others have, that the socks are slightly brighter in colour than they look in the picture. This is fine though - they get some nice compliments!

I bought these as a present for my husband and they and nice and soft and well made. The only thing that goes lightly against them is the fact that they are significantly brighter than the picture often shows, in fact the blue is much lighter and the striped pair are actually blue and bright orange. Saying that however I would recommend these socks.

Good quality socks, not too thin or thick, good price (£14.99 for six pairs, so £2.50 a pair). Not made in China.May go up to five stars if they last a while without any holes in!Update: I've upgraded to five stars as still going well after several months. Really good value!
