Just what I was looking for, worked out great

I have purchased two bottles and have taken 2 tablets every morning for two months. I do think I have felt better since starting it.These things are hard to measure, but whether it is really making me feel better or a placebo effect, I do feel better.I haven’t had any side effects or gastrointestinal issues. The pills are on the larger side, but still go down pretty easy. There is no taste.

I started taking this product about two months ago and there has been a 40% improvement in my energy levels and in my health. I am off my cholesterol med. I’m off my blood pressure meds, and I have less fibromyalgia flares, and lupus flares. I can’t recommend this product enough. I have chronic pain and have had pain for 17 years now I’m always trying things to see if they work. I also always give whatever I’m trying enough time to work because I like naturopathic stuff a naturopathic supplements take longer than pharmaceuticals meds take. I felt a little improvement in my health after a week. I have now been on the product for two months and I’m telling you it’s been a miracle worker for me. Highly recommend this supplement.

It helps immunity esp. when subjecting body to exercise and stress.

I waited a while to begin this product unfortunately. Now it seems I may have passed the return window but I feel it was money wasted. I took for only about 4 days and then got the worst headache with neck ache so bad!! I know it was from taking these and wish I could return them.

I am a big believer of beta glucan. It has saved both my and my son's health. We were purchasing the more expensive beta glucan 500 mg for $69 and it was working but it was killing our budget. I tested the extra strength NOW beta glucan 250 mg and it works very well. My seven year old takes one 250mg with apple sauce in the morning first thing and I take 2 of the 250mg daily and we have not had to visit the doctor this year. My son has immune issues and we were constantly running to the doctor for ear infections, pneumonia, etc... Ever since I gave this to him, he has been a new boy. Same with me. I have immune issues and it greatly helps with my allergies to our kitty. One tip, it is very important you take it on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning, and wait 30 minutes before eating. If feeling like I caught something, I take 3-4 dose to knock whatever ails me out of the park.
