Sized fine...if you're using 8 inch pans.
I actually ordered these rounds for my 8" pans based on previous reviews stating that they are too big for the 7" pans...they are just about the perfect size. Frustrating for the bakers with 7" pans I'm sure, but they will work just fine for me. I was appalled at the packaging, though...woefully inadequate! The package was battered and mangled because it was so flimsy, and the rounds were creased and wrinkled when they arrived. Fortunately, the cellophane wrap was intact, so I'll still be able to use them, but would have appreciated them getting to me in better shape.

Have to cut every one!
Circles were 1/4" too large for my Wilton pans. Other than that they are ok.

A real disappointment. I now use cornmeal on the bottom of ...
Melts right into the bread. A real disappointment. I now use cornmeal on the bottom of the dutch oven to prevent bread sticking when baking no-knead bread. I don't think parchment paper in general are suited for 500 degree temperatures.

Used for making pizza
I've always had trouble keeping my pizza dough from sticking to the peel. My final solution was to put the dough onto 15" rounds of parchment paper that I cut off of rolls. This worked well, and I could usually bake 3-4 pizzas before the paper got too darkened and brittle to use.Recently, we bought new pizza ovens (Blackstone), which have the capacity to get VERY hot. We have a couple of pizza events during the summer where we cook 80 pizzas for everyone, and I knew I was going to be cutting an awful lot of parchment round. I purchased these to get me out of that job, and we were very happy with them. They did the job just fine, baking pizzas on a 650F stone deck. Where the pizza wasn't completely covering the paper, it'd scorch, but you'd expect that.In the end, it cost quite a bit more than if I'd cut them from rolls, but this made my job far easier.

Hard to find. Although somehow these went missing in the mail, the company was quick to solve the problem and sent them out again. They fit my 7" pans perfectly and work great. No more tracing lines and hand cutting parchment.
