Exceptional Quality: Well made, very comfortable and good fit in shoes. 5 Stars+If your feet are sound with no issues the above is everything you need to know.IF you have health issues I hope the following can be helpful.The foot bed is slightly thicker and padded which softens impact - important to anyone with pressure pain.The added thickness was not an issue in the running shoes or leather SAS shoes I wear.The heel is elevated - which can be a factor for anyone with balance or heel issues.For heel issues it could go either way - softer is better - or possibly highlight stresses in the heel.In my case the heels of running shoes I wear daily are shallower which impacts balance. This improved slightly in the leather SAS shoes.Contact the seller with any questions as they have been helpful and obviously committed to customer care.

Provides good arch support. Have worn them on multiple 12-16 hour days on my feet and they don't go flat like most other insoles. Fit in most work and hiking shoes provided you take out prior insoles and cut them to size. They're pricey, but value is there as they are quality and long-wearing.

I'd suppose the reason for the texture is comfort and support, but I can't help feeling like I'm walking on a playground all the time. They are also VERY thick, so chose your shoes wisely.

I’ve tried various inserts, usually disappointed. I’ve always looked for a comfortable insert that felt like I was walking on a cushioned mat. These inserts are the best I’ve tried. I have them in my ASICS run/walk shoe and have done quite a bit of walking in them already. The inserts have done well and have not disappointed.UPDATE: I just came back to buy another pair, but they raised the price to $45! I paid $34 last time - sorry, not playing that game. Obviously trying to make more profit. You exceeded market value to me! Trying a competitor now...

I ordered two different sizes and paid $75 for these overly expensive soles and I was sent the SAME EXACT size! I am NOT cutting these expensive soles. This is a sham. See images. I expect to get the exact size I need when an item is this expensive! I needed these for a medical reason. Now I cannot trust if I will be sent the correct size if I order again. These are way too big for a woman who wears size 9 shoes - this means these MUST be cut and possibly ruined - thus making them non-returnable. False advertising.

Recommend by my Podiatrist. I could not feel that they helped my condition but I will continue to wear them and see.

Let me tell you what these insoles have done for me... I have had these hard balls in the heels of my feet. The right one was the worst. It would take me a minute to take a step when I stood up just to take a step. The more I'd walk it would get more manageable, but still painful. With these, those hard balls in my heels are gone. I've been using these for about a month now. I'm going to continue to buy these. I do wish they came in a little bit larger size I wear a 17 and I am using the 15, just missing about a 1/8" at the toe, but no big deal, my toes don't go up that far in my shoe anyway. These feel so good I can't talk them up enough. My search is over for comfy insoles. Thanks so much for inventing these.

By far the best insoles I've ever had! Thick cushion that keeps its form, doesn't get squished at all, feels like you're walking on air.. If you have painful feet, these are the perfect insoles for you, I'm going to buy more pairs for all my boots and sneakers.. Keep in mind they're thick so you need a roomy shoe to use them. I highly recommend them.. A++
