Low quality sumac
The biggest issue I had was the complete lack of the signature sour flavor that one expects from sumac. It felt like the seeds had been washed out, leaving behind a dull, almost flavorless product.If you’re looking for that vibrant, tangy kick that sumac is known for, this is not the product for you.
