Delicious, Budget-Friendly Recipes That Actually Help with Weight Loss! & Gluten-FRee!!
As someone with celiac disease, finding a cookbook with gluten-free recipes that are affordable and help with weight loss has been a challenge—until I found "Instant Loss On A Budget"! All the recipes are completely gluten-free, which is one of the main reasons I love this book. I’ve been looking to shed some extra pounds and eat healthier without white sugar and flours that tend to make my belly bloat, and this book is exactly what I needed! The recipes are not only easy to follow, but they’re also packed with flavor, using wholesome ingredients that don’t make you feel deprived. The beautiful pictures in the book really help too—when I’m hungry and unsure what to cook, the photos catch my eye and make it easy to decide on a delicious meal. This cookbook has made gluten-free, healthy eating so much easier and enjoyable, and I’ve noticed real progress with my weight loss. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to eat better, save money, and stay gluten-free!

AMAZING/Game changer
Now I wish ALL cookbooks broke down the cost per recipe. I know prices change & differ everywhere, but this gives an easy way to pick out the cheaper meals for people on the tightest budgets like disabled & people on Soc Sec. Makes eating better easier on meager incomes. All the recipes look terrific w/ great ingredients. Not hard to make & only a few things people might consider exotic (nutritional yeast) & almost everything can be found @ WM. Nothing too weird or hard. There are meat as well as vegan & vegetarian recipes. Very easy to substitute a recipe to make it meatless or a meat recipe. Looks mostly anti-inflammatory. Recipes look to be likable by everyone of every age. I’m a vegan & don’t do soy or fake meats, but I can make an easy faux tofu using chickpeas (google it) & other substitutes for soyl easily in these recipes. These aren’t tofu heavy recipes tho. I also don’t have a working stove but these recipes can be made using a hot plate, toaster oven, cheap magic bullet, or handy electric pressure cooker. Even a college dorm student could pull off most of these recipes. It’s real food, not processed or boxed, from normal groc stores w/ the ability to easily manage meal planning around one’s budget. The author does the math for us & makes it easy. No using an ingredient once in 6 mo’s either. These recipes center around using a lot of the same things to simplify that too. My new fav cookbook!!!

Amazing! Even for those who do not have food intolerances!
What I love about Brittany’s cookbooks is they are always easy, simple ingredients and taste like heaven! I am able to eat dairy and wheat and have no food in tolerances I still love each of her cookbooks. This one Hass to be my fave so far though! My husband and children love all the food I’ve made from her cookbooks as well. The flavor combinations and the thought that went into this cookbook is evident! Thank you for working so hard to share your recipes with so many people and change their lives! It’s a relief to be able to make home-cooked food that is healthy and nutrient for my entire family so that we can save money, eat well and have great health to beat disease, sickness and live a long life.I recommend these books to so many people! So far we have tried the lemon-tuneric tea (which will be a weekly, quick recipe), vegetable broth, breakfast hash, Greek lemon-chicken soup, lemon-pepper chicken w/ asparagus, no queso-queso (AMAZING!), jalapeño poppers, citrus carrots, cilantro lime chicken, potatoes (can’t remember exact name), plantain pancakes w/ caramel sauce (heaven!) It all has been delicious! I’ve never cooked so many recipes from a cookbook before! And all are so simple! And since most things are in the instant pot my children can cook the meals easily with my supervision. The last thing I want to mention is the layout of the budget on each page how much she will spend in the weekly menus it are put together for us. I haven’t send the weekly menus yet but it’s broken down so perfectly with grocery list and everything. I also love that the beginning talks about how to swap certain ingredients and things that you might not have or if you don’t have an allergy to but you can swap for something else....for example some of the flours.I will update as I try more recipes and try to remember to take pics. I keep forgetting. Thanks again for another amazing book... my only question would be when do you start working on book 4? : )

If you are looking to change the way you eat, check this book out!
I have the first two Instant Loss books by Brittany Williams and I love them! I was super excited for this newest book to arrive and it does not disappoint! If you deal with food intolerances/allergies or just want to eat better to lose weight, these books are for you! The new book shows how you can follow a healthier way to eat and not break your budget. There are lots of tips and tricks to help you get started from suggested kitchen equipment lists, pantry staples and a few weekly meal plans! Easy to follow recipes with approximated cost to make and lots of photos make the book fun and inviting to use. I love the fact that the contents section at the beginning of the book lists the sections and each recipe within the section, making it easy to see what’s in the book and find a certain recipe. Well done on the book Brittany! I can’t wait to get back at eating better again now that the holiday season is over - having a new batch of recipes to try is super exciting!
