Waste of time and money
This is so cheap, mine didn't even work when I got it. I'm returning it and not getting another one. It's not worth $35.00 I've picked up spray bottles at the dollar store with better quality. This product is a scam. Don't waste your time and money.

You're buying a video series and a free spray bottle.
I bought this product for my brother who frequently suffers from vertigo and issues with ear wax. He currently uses an ear candle, but I wanted to buy him something that would prevent the issue, so that he doesn't have to keep spending money on candles. First, I have to say that the photo was a bit misleading. Perhaps it's my fault for not reading through the information enough, but I took for granted that a DVD would come with this purchase, and I also thought that the spray bottle would contain a solution. To my surprise, it arrived with an empty spray bottle with a curled up piece of paper inside. I have to be honest - it didn't come across as very professional. At this point, I worry about giving this to my brother because it just doesn't look very legitimate.That being said, I watched the videos anyway. I realized that you are essentially purchasing the informational videos plus a free spray bottle that is said to be "pre-glued" for use. Something about the nozzle has been altered so that the flow is ideal for ear cleaning. However, it appears to be just an everyday average bottle from what I can tell.The videos are very simplistic. The holistic doctor discusses ear wax and the issues it causes and then demonstrates how to use the bottle in the shower. I won't be too detailed here as to not divulge too much information regarding the process, but it was very basic, and I don't see how this purchase could ever be worth nearly $30. Also, I have dealt with vertigo and water in the ear many, many times, and for me personally, this "system" would never work. The water going directly into my ear like that would cause me pain and dizziness for weeks. For my brother, it might be somewhat of an option, but I also worry about him doing this as well. I think I'll let him continue with his ear candles and irrigation solutions rather than gift this to him. It just concerns me. Also, like I said before, the presentation of it is unprofessional, and I don't think he'd be willing to try it based on that.I appreciate that this holistic doctor is sharing a natural way to cleanse the ears and remove wax, and I gave it 2-stars for effort, but overall I wouldn't recommend this product.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion and review.

As a nurse practitioner I have irrigated ears in the office. The wide spray with this bottle should provide a more comfortable experience and one that is safe for home use. Although it may work overnight, this approach is often more gradual. The bottle comes with access to a website where one can find step-by-step audiovisual instruction with enough repetition to make it clear. This teaching is actually the core of the product. The instruction can also be streamed to any device. It covers the causes of ear wax buildup, how to soften ear wax to make it easier to remove, two different ways to irrigate ears (including the use of the bottle), how to prevent recurrences, and when one should not irrigate the ear.

Best ear wax removal product I've ever tried!
I used this program because I was having trouble hearing due to my ears being clogged. It worked so well! The videos were really easy to follow (I even watched them on my phone). I thought the instructions were really clear, and for someone who has a really short attention span (like me!) they were short and concise. I didn't have any questions after watching them. The bottle is great too--I thought it was more comfortable to hold that most spray bottles I've used for other things, and plus, it has the greatest picture on the side! It's set so that you don't have to adjust it and the spray is perfect for what the video instructions say to do with it.
