I enjoy living history, and quality items from history. This HBC blanket has all that in spades!! Being a member in a pre 1840's reenactment group, I am always looking for period correct items. This wool blanket is the genuine article! It is VERY nice to find a company that doesn't think it has to reinvent the wool blanket. I have not found the wool to be "itchy", it is warm, and I use it daily.

The Hudson Bay blankets exceeds quality of any other blanket. Have ever had. The Wool is so warm, it’s beautiful and has a good weight. You will not get cold on a winter night with this blanket.

I have always wanted one of these beautiful blankets. I love it!
