NOW Supplements, Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 500 mg, Adaptogenic Herb*, 250 Veg Capsules

This worked way more than I expected and being my life saver. The capsules are too big so I open them up and put them into smaller ones which is quite a work. They might not working as good as when I first started taking as well. Still great product and can't thank enough for the quality, effectiveness and value.

I'm pretty resistant to effects from most energy-inducing/stimulant supplements, but this one was honestly great from the first dose. Took 2 pills (1000mg - I believe the recommended dose is 1 @ 500mg), and in about 10 minutes I noticed a jolt of energy, and it potentiated throughout the day but very smoothly. Did not feel jittery whatsoever, just felt more aware and awake. Days at the gym are a piece of cake now. Do not get the stimulant-riddled increase in HR when I'm there that causes me to cut cardio short. I did not have a crash throughout the day at all. Only needed one dose as well that lasted a solid 10 hours. Definitely a recommended product, and will with absolute certainty purchase again in the near future.

I have used Eleuthero supplement for years and I honestly can't detect any problems with the quality of the product. The price and size were very good value for the money.

This is a fantastic supplement--totally affordable and effective whether you take it every day or as needed. It gives me so much energy so that I can focus at night (and it does NOT keep me from being able to fall asleep) but it makes me so relaxed at the same time, I have to try to remember if I took it or not. I always think, "Wait--did I take that Eleuthero or do I feel this great for some other reason...?"

Excellent high-quality product. It works as it should. Very pleased with this purchase. Eleuthero is a calming, sleep producing, totally natural capsule. It reduces stress and you're not taking chemicals. It's potent, so take it easy. Excellent product. More doctors should be aware of it and have their patients try Eleuthero before valium or any Sedative-type prescription.

I am a certified herbalist and so I do have a bit of knowledge about plants and herbal tonics like this one. HOWEVER, I did find it made my potassium drop so low that I had to stop taking it. I did a deep dive and did find previous instances of this on line. Learned something new! And threw out the rest. :(
