**UPDATE: September 2013 - Here are my latest results after taking additional Cardiol: Regretfully, this product does not work for me, but I am happy others have found it beneficial. I had blood work while on a Statin and afterwards, while on Cardiol only. My results are as follows: With Statin / With Cardiol Cholesterol 189 / 194 Triglycerides 146 / 158 HDL(Good Cholesterol) 58 / 49 LDL 102 / 113 VLDL 29 / 32There is not a significant difference at this time, but my "bad levels" are slowly increasing, and my "good" HDL has decreased. I must admit that my exercise level also decreased for a few weeks because of other health issues, and exercise helps to increase the good cholesterol.Note: The written review does not show the way I spaced the with statin and with cardiol. The 1st number is with the statin, and the second number is with the Cardiol.I will continue to take the Cardiol as the supplier was kind enough to send me additional doses, and will have my lipid levels repeated. If there is eventually a lowering of my levels I will update.I watch my diet and generally exercise 5 of 7 days a week. There is also a family history of lipidemia.

So professional, so sweet and kind!I am writing a review for a second time from my heart because I no longer have to struggle with keeping my cholesterol down. I can finally eat a good steak or hamburger and not be scared of any of my levels being so high as they were for the past 30 years.My cholesterol was 310 and after a few months time, after having blood work done every so often, my cholesterol dropped to 154. Case closed.I will purchase this on a steady basis now, and not be such a worry wart about what I eat, even though I eat well 75% of the time. I got this to improve my husband's health , doubting it's potency. We tested his blood over a year ago, and realized that he needed to lower his bad cholesterol. ... so for a year we adjusted his diet. We tested it again, after a year, thinking that things would be perfect, it improved, but was still high. I purchased Cardiol a few months ago, and religiously he took them daily. A week ago we did the tests, and surprisingly his bad Cholesterol declined sharply. yesterday I recommended these to a friend.

Seem to work well.Two cholesterol tests 6 months apart - 206 went down to 166 after taking Cardiol as prescribed, and exercising on a daily basis.The following 6 months - 166 up to 198 without taking Cardiol, but still exercising daily.The only problem is that they are EXPENSIVE after your initial order. If it weren't for them being all natural, I would go with a prescription product, (which I can get for a $10.00 co-pay).

I took this product for two months, only noticed a 3 point decrease in my cholesterol levels, but for me that is pretty good. I am going to continue with it for another two months and see if my levels continue to drop. I have to admit my diet isn't always the greatest so I think this product would have worked better if I improved my diet. We shall see.

It took about 6 months of 2 pills per day to work, but it DOES work. My cholesterol went from 212 to 174. Now maintaining my cholesterol on 1 pill per day and weaning off cholesterol meds.

I have used this product for 2 months and the result from blood tests look GREAT. Before this product I have to go to gym every day, watch what I ate and still have 240 total. Now just one pill a day, I eat normal and go to gym 3 days week. My recent blood test show 190 total. THIS PRODUCT WORKS VERY WELL. I buy order again.
