Revision CV Ammo Pod (Speed Loader) Caliber .38 Spl / .357 Mag
The Revision CV Ammo Pod is a game-changer for firearm enthusiasts who prioritize speed and efficiency during shooting sessions. Designed to fit S&W J-Frame and Ruger LCR models, this 5-shot speed loader ensures a seamless reloading experience, making it a must-have accessory for every gun owner. They are specifically designed for caliber .38 Spl / .357 Mag, compatible with S&W J-Frame and Ruger LCR models. The streamlined design allows quick and easy loading, saving precious time during shooting sessions. They are constructed from high-quality materials, ensuring durability and longevity. Simplified design makes it easy for novice and experienced shooters to reload easily.I particularly appreciate the ease of use and reliability of the Revision CV Ammo Pod. I use this with a S&W J Frame revolver and it works great. Someone mentioned this won't work with an S&W 642, and no speed loader with work with a stock 642. Unless you modify the grips on the cylinder swing out side. These cylinders are too close to the frame to allow any speed loader to function unless you're willing to cut out the grips. to accommodate them. Like someone else mentioned you will want to put a string on the cap that covers the rounds if you plan to use this for personal protection. This will allow you to get the cap off quickly should the need arise. I still prefer the Safariland speed loaders but these work just fine.In conclusion, the Revision CV Ammo Pod (Speed Loader) Caliber .38 Spl / .357 Mag is a versatile and reliable accessory that is sure to elevate your shooting experience. With its innovative design, compatibility with popular firearm models, and emphasis on speed and efficiency, this speed loader is a valuable addition to any gun enthusiast's arsenal.

Unbreakable
Good speed loader. As far as I know, it’s virtually indestructible

Only thing that I've found to work with an 'Undercover'.
I bought a Charter Arms Undercover as a inexpensive tertiary sidearm. The cylinder does not open out completely to clear the plastic grips. This has the slimmest profile of any speed loader that I've been able to find. It works, but I still have to 'jiggle' it to load. I'll be replacing the grips. The loader itself has a lot of play when loaded. So if you're looking for a quite loader, this isn't it. I bought it because of the profile and price -- just in case it wouldn't work with my .38. I don't know how long the cover will last after I attach a pull string to it. Trying to get the cover off without a pull string kind of defeats the purpose of a speed loader. If you're looking for an inexpensive loader and don't care about the rattle of bullets, this is it.

Probably the best speedloader I've used
I'm honestly surprised to find that I like this revision cv .38 Special/.357 Magnum Ammo Pod for S&W J-frames and Ruger LCRs as well as I do. I've used HKS speedloaders since the mid-Eighties and Safariland Comp IIs since the early Nineties as well as zeta6 J-Paks and J-Clips, CKT Tactical Ripcords, Bianchi Speed Strips, DeSantis Swift Strips and the 5 Star aluminum speedloaders for this style/size revolver. My previous preferences were the Safariland Comp IIs, the zeta6 J-Clips and J-Paks and they're all good, but Mr. Vang has a product here that beats all of these for my use. Simple, FAST, easy to operate, trustworthy and reliable - and also priced decently and available. I don't find that the rubbery cover pops off as quickly as it might, but it was easy to address the issue with some strategic lubrication and better too tight than too loose! Locking the ammo into the clips is MUCH simpler and faster than even on the one-piece zeta6 products and just seems impossible to mess up when compared to the Safariland Comp II. While all these devices are reasonably quick to load a cylinder, the revision cv Ammo Pod is the fastest for me. The fact that it works just fine with both a J-frame and an LCR is a real bonus for me, too. I intend to buy more now that I've tried this one out.
C**!
Trash, do not waste your money.
Straight plastic garbage. Broke without being useable. Do not! I repeat DO NOT use this for self defense purposes. The one I purchased is in the recycle bin. Not functional, nor practical. Buy ANYTHING ELSE.

.357 not working on ruger lcrx
.38 works fine, but won’t unlock loading .357 into ruger lcr when I pushed it.

One That Works Without Modifying the Grips
I tried several a couple of the more popular brands and after watching a YouTube presentation on the need to file the stock grips down, I was about to give up. I bought an Ammo Pod and not only does it fit an unmodified grip, but the unlocking method is so simple that it saves time over conventional twist knob speed loaders. It is made of plastic and does have spring actuated moving parts, so my caveat is only time will tell how durable it is. In terms of deign, it is perfect. I'd like to see the manufacturer replicate the product in aluminum.

Works good .
Decent value, takes a little practice to use smoothly but , does work with my LCRx in 38 special.
