I just started a diet and anything will help well these little pills did it took a few days to get used to but they do work!

Honestly, this did nothing for me. I wish it would be this easy, but its not. I thought, well one cent? okay. It does taste like...kindof like those candy necklaces. Chalky-sweet. I took them as instructed and nothing happened. LOL at me! ^_^

Did nothing for me

Hi,I take less than the recommended dose and just one curbed my appetite. I took one around the time I get really hungry...early evening, and it helped stave off those impulses to go and have a large dessert. I did not feel jittery with this product at all!

It supressed my appetite and the chewabls tasted good. Only problem is you can only use it 9 times and then you're out.

Other than the great taste, I didn't really feel a curb in appetite or anything. I did use as directed hoping for a difference, but still no change.

Eh, it's what you get for the price. Although they do taste good. I do believe that it does help but very minimally. The best plus for these is that they are small, cute, and compact, which make them perfect for someone on the go. They did have a little effect on me I didn't feel AS hungry but I still had cravings and it didn't stop me from eating a little more. I would have gave them 2 stars but for the price, I believed they deserved a 3.
