A good cook book for the NuWave oven. There are some tasty recipes.

I was actually disappointed in the cookbook. NuWave Ovens are very new to me (I rec'd one as a gift) so I was really looking for a comprehensive book, one that would answer the question of "what temperature setting", "how long to cook" and "can I cook frozen meat in the oven?" The recipes in the book didn't interest me much at all.

The first thing that was states was the fact that the oven only goes to 350°. Which is true. Then the recipes call for temperatures as high as 450°. That isn't very helpful but rather cofusing . So what does one do when you can't set it to the higher temperatures?

I wish I would have known that this book measures in grams (apparently a UK author), because I would not have bought it. I did get some ideas from this book but the internet has better choices for recipes.
