This is a remarkable book. For anyone interested in the subject of prophecy and its role in the New testament Church, this is required reading. I have read many great books on this subject from Jack Deere, Mike Bickel, Sean Bolz but this covers some new territory. Dan gets very specific and practical about the role of this gift in the average church. He helps define how the gift works in concert with other prophets in a healthy church. Most authors have treated the prophetic as a rare gift and stressed the independence of the prophet. McCollum stresses the integration of the gift in the church and encourages all to seek to grow in the gift as Paul does in 1st Corinthians 14;1. He provides a practical target that we can all aspire to.

Loved this book and how well it is organized and worked through. There is many wonderful examples give in the bible and in experiences that are complementary to the bible.

What a beautiful description of what a prophetic company is supposed to look like! I had no idea that anyone was pioneering the prophetic ministry in such a way. Fantastic read for anyone trying to dig into what prophetic ministry should look like in the local church and beyond.

I Attended Dan’s first conference two years ago and have not been the same since. This book Further wetted my appetite For Pursuing a prophetic company and I look forward to the next material that aids me on that journey

I only recently started following Dan's ministry and absolutely loved this book. For anyone looking to develop and cultivate a healthy prophetic culture in your community or local church I highly recommend getting this book.

Dan is an exceptional teacher on the prophetic and this book was very helpful.I wasn't interested in the historical aspects of prophetic companies but the life application sections were very good.This book helped me understand many things such as: the gift of prophecy vs the office of a prophet, that prophecy is not one flavour and can take many different forms, how we can partner with God in our giftings, how to help develop a prophetic culture within a church, and much more....
